If we knew this it'd be in the news portion for GT6 there are several threads on the GT6 sub forum to follow rather than making these types of threads that clutter the forum. There is also the GT6 f1 cars thread that you can follow that talks about this topic already.

Once again no one knows and please don't make these types of threads.

We could get the F1 cars he drove, but would we get the Williams?

I doubt it. One, it would be in very bad taste and two, the Senna Institute only has rights up to 1987.

The latter makes me wonder how it is that Senna's race suit in GT6 is a McLaren race suit though.

We could do, to some people it would be a bad decision for obvious reasons but then again, we do have the RS200 Rally Car with the registration B200 YOO which I believe is the same car that killed some spectators at the Portugese Rally?

Anyone else realize that almost every F1 car Senna drove carried tobacco sponsorship livery? There's a BS hurdle for PD.

We might well get some of these cars ( hopefully ) but they're gonna look quite different to the way they did in real life.

They'll just use the version without the sponsor words on the car just like they already do with the Jaguar Group C car.

They'll either be removed or reworded. The JPS Lotus on the Goodwood sculpture is written as 'Team Lotus Special'

Many of them came in versions without tobacco sponsorships. They couldn't use them in countries where it was forbidden to be advertised.

I expect PD will redact it in the same way they have for the Silk Cut Jag XJR9, the Martini logos on the Lancia Delta Rally cars and on the bridge/banking at Monza.👍

May 1st, 20th Anniversary?
Yeah, he said smth like this as i remember - check the news here on the main page. Don't remember in which it was written, but it's here...

The W.Röhrl quattro looks also very good. So no problem....

Its the fact smoking advertising is banned regardless of age.
I've grow up with all those advertising in the 80's and yet, I still havent smoke a cigarette at 33yo

no one said I like it :).

i think some of the smoking advertiser cars look amazing. Especially the Malboro ones. I grew up with it in motorsport as well.

Kaz stated that most likely Senna stuff will come around May next year. We will see...
I think its extremely likely as at the end of the 1.01 intro vid we see Senna climbing into an F1 car, would kinda be a HUGE disappointment if that was just for show... I would also presume will get some Senna Karts and his karting track which is shown in the intro vid.
DLC pack for 18yo+ which allow you to see those sponsorship anyone? 💡
Why? Kids can see tobacco adverts legally at convenient stores, just like they can see alcohol advertisements all the time on TV. Doesn't mean they have to do it. Kids can make whatever choices they want, turning 18 doesn't magically change your decision making processes overnight like some kind of invisible barrier!

20 years already... I believe it is quite clear May 2014 will be the chosen timing...

The World Health Organisation, amongst others, has studies proving otherwise.

"Tobacco products are the only legally available products that can kill up to one half of their regular users if consumed as recommended by the manufacturer.
...
Studies show that tobacco marketing recruits new tobacco users, maintains use among current users, reduces a tobacco user’s willingness to quit, and encourages former users to start using tobacco again. Therefore, only comprehensive bans on tobacco advertising, promotion and sponsorship are truly effective at reducing tobacco use."

I brought up the fact that the standard F2007 in GT5 had a Martini logo to begin with, but it got removed eventually. The Mclaren F1 white is still called Marlboro White though.
EDIT - @Jarnac I had a presentation from an anti-smoking group at school last year... they were pushing the idea that the film and TV industries were hugely corrupt organisations that were specifically set up to encourage kids to smoke, because apparently everyone is getting bribed by tobacco companies. They were serious too:odd:

Considering this year was the 15th Anniversary, having the 20th next year seems a little early. Unless you mean that the Senna content will be delayed until 2018
20th Anniversary of Ayrton Senna's death.
