It's reserved and clean. Some of the suggestions in this thread are interesting or trying to be different which is nice to see actually being produced, but most are still disjointed or wonky in some way. Some are downright tacky. They may be successful in trying to look different, but very few have every single line in place that hold the car as completely as the Accord. No fuss, nothing to bother anyone or anything, just like the car itself. Perfect for a car that needs to sell in the millions. That's good design.
For whatever it's worth, I could only agree with a few cars in this thread: the MKIV Jetta, the first Mazda 6 and that Mercedes C-Class (but the C300 looks too sporty to be an entry level Merc).
