Kinda surprised that no one has answered yet, anyway the simple answer is no. Also there is no way to check what settings the online cars use. On the plus side, regardless of which team you use, each car is exactly the same. Same engine, same suspension settings, same wing settings, etc. So in effect, online, the Super Aguri is just as fast as the Ferrari.
