no, that isn't a rude term, it is some one who puts things off or something like that, and it really gets on my nerves, when people put things off again and again.

but i'd also class one as an annoying person (like myself)

There music is my only ticket to insanity...it truly is crap

The other night I saw them live on Top of the Pops, and they are even worse. The drums sound like a piece of childs play and the lead singer's voice sounds like he has been strung up by his scrotum and burned very slowly...

They are just utter poo...
