Now if I were a company who knew there is always a bit of a backlash when anticipated products are released and aren't the perfect baby everyone hopes for. And I was thinking hey what can I do to boost sales after the initial push. It would occur to me to put in something simple that I could offer all users maybe 1 or 2 weeks after launch as an added bonus.

I would doubt this will be paid DLC so soon. More likely a gift with purchase.

I would expect that it would be 3 months before a paid DLC as the sales curve slows. But all of that depends on sales.

I don't think it is definitely a Super Sport as the Veyron in the video has the two air intakes above the engine showing like a normal one whereas a Super Sport has a cover over the engine and two triangular style slots for the intakes.

You're right. I hadn't notice that until I paused the vid.

Also I don't know if it's been stated already but the Diablo GTR is apparently going to be in the game at some point.
 
Yes, the Diablo has been spotted in the files also. NoGrip seem to think SH indicates SpeedHunters liveries. Could well be right.
 
Yeah at first I thought it was a Super Sport aswell :P Also its the first ive heard of the Diablo GTR being put into the game, should be epic.
 
Wow, will these DLC cars beat peoples time on autolog who don't have DLC.

Very sharp of EA there.
A reminder every time you boot up the game that you need DLC to be competitive.

Mind you the new Tiger woods game asks you during your offline career if you want to download a course to complete it.

EA Sports if it's in the game.............. Your lucky.

Technically it is on topic, considering it is discussing the presence or absense of cars in the carlist and the importance or impact of those in the game.

Despite the fact its DLC and I'll probably have to pay for it that Legends pack looks amazing, for a Brit motorsport fan having the E-type, Cortina, Mini, Escort, Capri is brilliant... for me it looks like it will be all the game (and cars!) I wanted in GT5 but never got but with the added adrenaline of shift.

I find it amusing that in Shift 2 they managed to get most of the cars I want in the game with under half the number of cars in GT5...

That's what's up. I concur. I'm also jazzed about the track list. I was really excited when I saw Shanghai which I think is a beautiful circuit, but the city course may prove to be interesting anyway. If nothing else the majority are different than what we're seeing in GT5 and Forza. I am holding on to hope that PD will release tracks like Grindenwald as DLC. I'm bored with Tokyo 246, and tracks from the last two games in the series.
 
I see a Capri v6 3.0 (looks like it just got out of the stand) almost every week. If I could only drive it for real... because I can't, that's a DLC I'm getting.

Wonderful car list this game has.

Update:

Added DLC car - Dr. Pepper Edition Chevrolet Camaro SS to Chevrolet.


PS: Rumored DLC packs will not be included until official confirmation.

Will have to hit up the gas station across the street, I saw a Pepsi truck(local distributor of Dr. Pepper) there today and see if they have any yet.
 
Update:

All 33 DLC cars have been added to Car List, minor correction for some cars.

PS: All non-release DLC cars have "- TBC" at the end in case of confusion.
