It clearly states the credits purchased are not refundable.
Why should they? What they could do is patch the game to make sure it can't be exploited. If you bought credits I feel bad for you but it wasn't as if you were forced to do it.Yes, understood, thanks. So do you feel they make an exception to their policy?
I got this in an email yesterday from Playstation.
Maybe they don't know..

Why should they?
It's not false advertising. They likely weren't aware of the glitch. Buying any credits was only going to be useful for people who had more money than they knew what to do with.Because of false advertising in that they misrepresented the perceived value? Just a thought.
