Yeah, it pops up once in a while at the used car lots. You can also win it from the Silvia Sisters race, a Nissan one make race. And yes, it's a Sileighty. What else would it called?

Its a fun car too. I just set it up for drifting, for those times you just want to beat the hell out of the track and tires. Hope you can find a way to "re win it". Start a new game and get it again. Then trade it to your current game.
