I really enjoyed the first AI Somnium Files game (and of course a new one was announced during the final Switch 1 Direct), so I picked up Nirvana Initiative not too long after beating the original title. I've also never had a Wipeout game, and after spending some time listening to the soundtrack, I knew I had to give it a proper shake.
With the Blu-Rays, I don't really watch as much anime nowadays as I used to, but Black Lagoon and Samurai Champloo hold special places in my heart, and I've been wanting to re-watch both series for a while now. I thinking of picking up the DVD/Blu-Ray sets for FMA and Cowboy Bebop later down the line, the latter of which serves as an excellent segue...

I'm not kidding when I say that the last 5 times I've visited one of my local record shops, I see L.A. Woman, pick it up, only to find 1-3 records that I want significantly more while shopping around, and end up putting it back. However, I finally was able to supress my lack of willpower enough to finally grab it, alongside the "Ein Edition" of the Cowboy Bebop soundtrack, in which the first vinyl is White and the second is the destinctive Corgi shade of Brown.
With these two, I've hit the 50 record mark, which also serves as a nice stopping point for now, as the record holder I bought this past October is officially full to capacity.
I don't know, but it may be because of my age. Playing games on such devices or mobile phones is no longer appealing. After getting used to TV, I lost the habit of playing on small screens.I've been wanting a handheld for a while. Found a good deal on the ASUS ROG ALLY Z1 Extreme. I was torn between this and the Steam deck but after Valve released Steam OS for the ALLY the other day I thought there's little reason to not just get the more powerful device for cheaper. It's going to stay docked most of the time mainly so I can play stuff in the living room away from my PC. When portable I'll probably install EmuDeck and play less intensive games so the battery wont be an issue.
While I agree there's no substitute for playing on a nice 1440p monitor and my PC, I got at as more as a nice QOL addition to my a setup. Rather than being tethered to my PC all the time I can dock it and connect it to the living room TV which is where it's going to stay primarily. The screen on this is also an improvement over the Steam Deck. It's 7' 1080p 120hz so when I do play it handheld it should still really look really good.I don't know, but it may be because of my age. GameCubes can read SD cards using a specific type of memory card; Nintendo released their own back in the day, though it was Japan exclusive and was used in a whopping two games. These days, people have found more use out of it by running CFW through it.i have a question about a Game Cube game i bought this week, it came with a third party memory card and i can’t find any information about it . The card has a slot in the top end of it to me it looks like something like a SD card or similar can be inserted into it, anyone got any ideas.
Thanks for the reply it helps clear my query, not looking to use any CFW software on the Wii so won’t worry about that top slot and what it’s for or not.GameCubes can read SD cards using a specific type of memory card; Nintendo released their own back in the day, though it was Japan exclusive and was used in a whopping two games. That memory card you have is a very generic design that’s been around since the early Wii days. You can buy variants with the SD card adaptor in its shell but it wouldn’t act as a memory card itself. Looking at your pic, it’s more likely they just saved making two different casings and put the memory card innards in there instead of the SD card one, which leaves the awkward space on top.
I've contemplated a Greenworks lawnmower but my 20 year old Honda is still running good. Eventually, though.Ego 2135SP mower, it was $100 off at Lowes and it came with an additional 5.0 Ah battery. I've never used an electric lawmower before, but the county offers a $75 rebate on them and the power company offers a $50 rebate. Plus, I like the idea of not smelling like gas or having to wear ear phones when I cut. I'm not crazy about the brand, but the price was right since they don't seem to have been tariffed yet.

Nice haul!! Those are very nice cars in terms of quality. For instance, you absolutely STOLE that Kyosho. Not sure if someone else mentioned already or not but that's $100+ on eBay all day long, lol. 👍I normally don't care about die cast stuff much but I was at a sprint car race last night and one of the vendors had a shelf with a few for $5. Among those were 2 LMP's I hold in high regard so I figured why not, they wound up giving me all 4 for $15.

I've got Hondas for both applications and I swear they're going to outlive me. They've started making hybrid snowblowers a few years ago, which sounds cool in theory but it's like, 11k USD so ain't no way I'm going there.I've contemplated a Greenworks lawnmower but my 20 year old Honda is still running good. Eventually, though.
Now a snowblower, that I'm not going to battery for. No way I'm stopping halfway through to recharge some batteries that don't do well in the cold.
Buy a cheese slicer if you’ve ever been cutting cheese with just a knife. Well worth the minimal cost.I bought a cheese slicer board.
I hope it cuts better than a knife, because I have a kitchen full of those.
