Generally any car purchased from the UCD will have some miles on it you may be lucky and get one with zero miles but very rarely. Have a look in the OCD(online car dealership) just below the seasonals events on the gt5 desktop and have a look at what cars are in there as that is what people are interested in . If you list what all cars and their colours if they are less than 950,000 credits that would be helpful.
