Dunno - I'm still waiting for Hot Date to come down in price.

I didnt like the concept of Hot Date, too many sims to negoicate with.

Kinda, I bought it for the items.

Plus i dont play the game, i just build kick ass houses and then furnish them. then i repeat.

I think i have like 20 mansions

Gool ol' 'rosebud', 'copernicus' and ';!;!;!;!' huh? I do that. It's more fun with full houses and nice things. More time to mess with your Sims' minds, rather than worry about work and the like.

Same! Don't really like the actual game, love to build houses though.

As it comes to Sims: Vacation, i wouldn't know, but if its anything like the others, I'd go for it.

I'll pick it up eventually, I think. Hot Date is excellent for setting up love triangles - I took one of my sleazier Sims down to a place I'd built on a vacant lot and basically hit on girls for a day or so - picked a few up, got slapped a couple of times - he had a great night!!

Hot Date does make it a lot easier to make friends - handy for my two honest working Sims.
