If you’re used to racing in a decently powered and set up car , how steep is the learning curve then ? I have driven mid hp Imprezas and brz before on tracks , everyday is leg day in those things

Having real racing experience helps I'm sure. Which I don't. Just think of how many years you've spent using the controller and how long it took to get where you are now on it. It's going to take some time to adjust. For me it was and still is the footwork that takes the most getting used to. And the quick reactions to try and save slides on the wheel. It's important to note that the game is giving a certain levels of assistance to controller users no matter what your settings are.

Yeap that throttle control is key, I keep spinning the Aston due to lack of control on the foot

I'm a newbie at pS and started in December - i tried a controller first r a few days - to old to manage all my fingers doing diff things /

Congrats on the wheel and practice practice practice 😂

I have logged 1048 hours and driven 50,000 miles already in 6 months I have no idea if thats a lot but I have put in a lot of hard work behind the wheel and still struggle............ I guess more practice is needed

Yeah I started in December just like ant , I’m on controller and I’m still learning how to use the controller lol

Morning, any way to recall and redo 2 IR I created last night, I did them wrong, instead of being self reporting on what I did is created as @JamCar0ne did it to me when the case is I did to him.

edit: re summitted the IR with the correct info, can the IR 3346 & 3347 that are entered wrong, be removed?

@Slow_Dad are you on a PS4? You were severly teleporting last night - not sure what the issue is but it was pretty bad

Maybe Capt Kirk and scottie were fighting over the teleport controls 😂

No Im on PS5, your not the first one to tell me Im glitchy, guess I will need a WIFI booster or something, My router is a few rooms away. Can I blame my bad driving on the glitch :lol:
 
hey guys odd question, in the lobbies the color is changed how do you do that ? I remember I deleted a letter by accident and saw a jumble of symbols and numbers

From the person who constructed the list for GT Sport, I wanted to make a new thread of hidden icons for GT7. So far, there seem to be more icons added in GT7, compared to GT Sport. Gran Turismo [#X] Similarly to GT Sport, you can use these icons anywhere in text entry by using a form of "[#X]"...

Run a long cat 5 cable from router to ps?? Just need it sunday nights so laying it down on the floor and pucking it up when done would work 😂 driving is all u lol

75’ cat5 cable would also be cheaper than installing another router in that room. Thanks for the idea

You should download and watch one of the replays from races last Sunday, you'll be able to see what we see.

Your gonna have to help me with that LOL, I sometimes save the replays and have NO idea where they go :lol:
I know the cat5 suggestion will help but have to many things in that room that need wifi and all are suffering, I have a reef tank controller that is always off line due to my bad internet and always stressed of flooding the house LOL

Will need to invest on an additional router

Go to 'Showcase' on the world map (looks like a magnifying glass). Search replays using the search parameter: YearMonthDayDivisionRoundRace So last Sunday Round 3 Race 1 would be 20250511D2R3R1
