D1 will be in the N500 Dodge Viper
The cars are almost dead even both drive a little different.

To be clear WE WILL BE RUNNING THIS RACE WITH RACING TIRES.

We will allow 2-3 cautions for pile ups Brad has final say on whether it is 2 or 3. Let’s face it. We will be racing close and an accident will happen. Also this may allow us to stay close and not have to worry about a wrecked car possibly taking the field out.

No cautions in the last 25 minutes of the race!

This leaves us with @Sean Renon we need a pace car!! Are you in?

We have been averaging about 12 cars weekly. If you are interested in this event and will make it we need to know ASAP! As too many people will change the pace car option. So COMMIT as soon as possible.

Good to see you guys racing last night, still no wheel for me - and I don't know how @FREEREVN races for 90 minutes with a controller - 20 min races are long enough for me.

Like I said to Neutty yesterday, I would be happy to be a safety car for one of your races (assuming it was an oval track).
If it is an oval though, I would suggest all using the same car? Or maybe just 2 different cars from the same class?

Either way, maybe that would be fun. Not sure if @THRASH would want to use his selection on Blue Moon Bay though.

It’s very hard especially with my hand being messed up!!! Hopefully will be in the wheel soon and I’ll be back maybe tonight

Since this is a road course based game I was sooo nervous that it would be the opposite, that no one would want to do it. I hope it creates more love for the ovals and this Snail 250 Brings in the popularity of enduro lol

Can you tell I’m excited for this oval?? Can’t decide which one to drive but if anyone in D2 wants one I’ll change the number on it for you just let me know.

Announcement on the "SNAIL 250"

D1 Car Viper N500 on Racing Hard, Medium, Soft

D2 Car Corvette N500 on Racing Hard, Medium, Soft

This race night will only have 1 Lobby, so get your butt signed up for this race now before its too late

@Sean Renon will pace the field to the green!

The race will start in a rolling start fashion, once the game releases the field to green everyone needs to line up in double file order just like in NASCAR. We will be paced around the track by @Sean Renon (Manevolant Father). He will then drop off the track and the leader will start the race at the 3rd set of arrows with the yellow stripe coming out of turn 4 (Dont jump the start!!) Manevolant will sit off the track and watch for a wreck. We are allowing 2 cautions if needed from a pile up or multiple car wrecks. NO CAUTIONS IN THE LAST 25 MINUTES. Please dont abuse these cautions to bunch the field back up. The Restart will be single file as a double file will be too confusing for some.

A caution will be called by Manevolant Father via in game Chat the field should be locked for positions. If you were running side by side then it should be last completed lap, and the honor system should be in place. Pits will be closed at this time as well until the field is gathered up by the pace car. The pace car will post when the pits will be open and the speed of the pace car will be 1st gear bouncing off the revv limiter!! When he releases us to pit, we must stay at the speed of the pace car all the way towards turn 3 where the entrance is. On the track just before the corner is GT SPORT. When the pace car gets to this point it will be a mad dash to the pits and when you finish pitting your lineup order will be the order you leave the pits in. If you dive into the pits when the caution comes out it will be a mandatory drive through penalty once we go back to green. again the honor system will be appreciated. When everyone pits, the pace car will drive around turn 3-4 and then complete another lap and stop (if needed) at the GT SPORT writing on the track just before turn 3. once we line up we will pace one more lap, and manevolant will pull off on the back stretch. Restarts will be the same starting point with the third set of arrows with the yellow line.


Flags will be turned off for this race.

This race will only have 15 racers on track with a pace car driver. So keep that in mind if you are on the fence about this race.
