So, how was your day?

Had the last motorcycle race of the year today.

On the way there the rain was torrential, could barely see anything.
It dried up for the first races though, and I was racing in the afternoon.

(The previous day the others rode away from me in the dry, but I like the rain, so I was REALLY hoping for it to pour.)

When the lunch break ended it started to rain a bit, and then it rained some more.
The start of my race was pretty wet, and I was gridded fourth.
I had been watching the starter on previous races so I got a good launch and was second entering the first corner.
Went around the first place guy in T1 and just pushed hard for 3 laps.

Nothing else really happened, and I managed to win the race. :D

Thanks to Mom and Dad for support and funding, the little Yamaha RZ350 for running great, Steve Allan of Powersports Junction for parts, Ken McAdam and the entire S.O.A.R organization for a great weekend, and all of my fellow competitors for making it fun. 👍

Had a good day but i received a sad phone call tonight. I sold my Lancer Evolution 2010 on October 1st and the guy who bought it totaled it yesterday. He's okay and told me he was speeding a little too much, cold weather, rainy night, he lost it. That sucks. I took great care of this car and now it's gone.

It was ok. The results of the F1 race made me happy. Also, I've decided that I may try using Japanese honorifics and keep switching from speaking English and what little Japanese I know.

I managed to win the race. :D

Awesome, congratulations!

My day's been not so great so far, computer science test was absolute 🤬. I'm thinking this'll be a bad week since there's work piling up and I can't really concentrate on studying when I have to do loads of homework, but I also refuse to give up all of my free time. This'll be hard...

Good so far

Just sold 4 gigs DDR 2 1066 Kingston HyperX RAM.

I've got some mo - ney ....

The day was pretty nice; Math was easy, and we just watched funny videos on Youtube and goofed off in TV & Film. I came to my locker in PE to find that someone had let themselves in and taken the shoelaces from one of my shoes. I was more amused than annoyed, and everyone around me got a good laugh out of it. I got a decent new spot in the classroom, as I did in English as well. Afterwards, I had to get my braces tightened. :grumpy:
Luckily, they didn't hurt at first so I was able to enjoy a meal, but they began hurting a little while afterwards. Luckily, my mom has some of the most amazing painkillers, and now I feel dazed and happy.
:dopey:

Normal Monday today. Had the usual classes. Found out I got 10th chair in orchestra. Curse you f natural notes. My biology teacher wasn't here today so we were forced to do a ton of work, then around 5 it started pouring. Now I'm having a poke war on Facebook

Pretty awful day, I got my first zero ever in a exam (Math) and 12 out of 30 in a physics exam, the day itself was ridiculously hot and dry (35 degrees again), and a friend I was helping him to get a girlfriend, well, he finally asked her, and it turns out that she likes me and not him, my girlfriend had a very bad thought of that and now she's not answering my facebook messages I sent her and she's posting depressing status.

Today wasn't my day

The day was just another Monday. Wake up, do some homework (no classes), and work. Up until work finished, then it went downhill.

Driving home, nearly got side swiped by some 🤬 idiot who didn't look in their mirror changing lanes. At night though, surely they could have seen my headlights... Closest I've been to an accident in my two years of driving.

The biggest hit of all though was once I got home. After that frustrating close call, I enter the house only to have my mom screaming at me over a not that important phone call over getting a campus job that I DON'T need. Then out of no where my father joins in the yelling. I told them how I wasn't in the mood for it, but of course' they didn't hear me. The argument escalated to the point where I locked myself in my room to have the door kicked open by my father. Get my PS3 (never really used it during the week) AND laptop with my two essays due tomorrow on it, taken away. All this because of an unnecessary phone call I didn't make. Hooray for going to a local college and living at home... I still get a :censored:ing bed time curfew... Getting yelled at for not going to bed with homework to do. 🤬 life...

But this kinda proves you're got a glaceful position of fame among your classmates and anybody in the site could readily assure that you would not get hurt so easily after a succession of mocks about you by them..

And your mom has definitely got the capacity of settling down the matters safely as regards to her son.

🤬 this day, the week's as dumb and bad as I expected. Loads and loads of work and everybody's going crazy because of it. Also, I hate PE.

So after having my windscreen replaced yesterday I came back to Uni this afternoon. The drive back was really good, nice weather, although some idiot driving a lorry pulled straight out in front of me on the motorway and I soooooooo nearly went up the back of him with no where to go.
But in the end I got here fine. I went up to my room, unpacked all my things and went to the toilet, and then flushed it. It wasn't till 10 minutes later I realised it was still flushing. So I let the accommodation office know before I went to my seminar.
I got back and found a note slid under the door, saying that my toilet is broken and I can't use it :grumpy:
They have given me a spare key to a room in a different block that does indeed have a working toilet. However the electricity isn't turned on because no one is living in it. So I can't move in there for the night so I'm having to stay in my room and walk all the way over just to relieve myself.

I'm not really having a great few days if I'm honest

So today started out fine, Japanese class went as usual, we had a sub for history class so we just spent the class working on a packet for ww1(I'm getting annoyed of learning the same stuff over and over again each year), somehow hurt my left arm in weightlifting and then karma struck. 2 tests in honors English, probably bombed. After that I had orchestra rehearsals, went along fine, but now in tired as crap. I swear high schools purposely test how early you can wake up

Decent. School was pretty boring, went to work afterwards which was very slow. But what made it better is seeing an Acura NSX and my first Alpina 7 Series.

Yo my Tech teacher in freshmen *last year* bought a green NSX and DROVE IT IN TO THE CLASS! I love NSX's and was sooooo jelly.

Speaking of waking up, guess what time my waking up caused me to get to school! ... ... No, you're wrong. I got there at 11 due to too much sleeping, and I missed out on the best classes of the day (metal work and music). :grumpy:

I had to read that over several times, and I'm still not sure what point you're trying to get across... :dunce:

Anyways, my day was not special, but I'm starting to feel sick, in the usual order of symptoms that I always have. Right now it's the allergies and feeling lethargic, and tomorrow it will likely be coughing and resting. Eugh.

Going to get my new phone hooked up to a Chinese provider so I'll actually be back in the world of communication once again since my Banana iPants to a nose dive into silicon heaven.

Not really looking forward to be connected again but sometimes I need to call people for stuff and things.

Also hoping to get some clothes altered which I bought online and turned out to be slightly less weather proof than I imagined from the picture.

Started the day pretty well. Woke up a bit late, arrived at school a bit late, and noticed a sign on our English/History class' door which told me and a couple of other latecomers to meet in the field. Other classes in the grade were there, along with a historian/veteran to tell us about the American Revolution. He was dressed up as a soldier from Virginia. It was very interesting, the man wasn't monotonous unlike most of the people that come to give us a lecture, and we ended the lecture with him shooting about 4 different muskets!

The other classes (Math and Art) went on as usual, noticed a pretty girl in my science class, and in the locker room someone from the previous period dropped a glass bottle of cologne about 3 feet where my locker is so our PE teacher had to sweep up the glass and everyone near the glass couldn't change until about 5 minutes after. The PE teachers weren't what you'd call happy after that.

At the end of the day, our Art class was released 3 minutes earlier than everyone else, and I made the idiot move of walking home by crossing the field, where I usually go with my friends, except it was still early and the man who gave us the lecture in the morning was there giving the lecture to the afternoon classes so while the man was giving a lecture I was right behind him and everyone in the classes started at me. 🤬 That was pretty embarrassing. At least it wasn't a boring day like usual.

Oh, and on Sunday I went indoor karting :D, starting now I'm going to go there every Sunday, $15 per session and I already had a membership there but during the summer I couldn't find the time for it.

Where is it or name? K1 is the only one close to me. $20 for 14 laps.

So far so good, I'm in Calculus right now. We're starting derivatives, it's easy. There's a few girls who have been acting really flirty with me, so that's always a good thing, especially since they're cute. I get to listen to Black Pyramid all day doing homework or between classes, and that's putting me in a good mood, too.

Speaking of karting, you guys just reminded me of the place near my house, thanks! As soon as my car is back in commission I think I'm going to take a trip down there, along with a friend who loves racing and cars with similar tastes as myself, and he's always wanted to go.

So they absolutely assured me that they had booked a plumber to come round first thing this morning and fix the toilet.
Did he come? Why no, no he didn't.
So I'm without a toilet for another night, and without cold running water in my room. I'm paying £121 per week to stay here and the Uni can't do the simple task of ringing up a plumber.
