I had my first ever eye exam. Through that, I learned that I am near sighted and need glasses.

I had mine also yesterday, for the driver's license. Turns out my right eye has 100% visibility and my left eye 80%, which means I passed and I don't need glasses. But of course Mr Optician wanted me to buy glasses anyway, that greedy... :D I also have no problem with visibility whatsoever and I figure that's because I have a dominant right eye, which has 100% visibility, and just use my left eye for stereoscopy / focus / three-dimensional seeing.

Anyway, today has only started and I'm feeling lazy. Wanted to go to the hairdresser but it's raining, so I'll gladly postpone this for Monday :sly:

Woke up at 3am to the sound of my cat going mental. Turned out it had brought a mouse in and was terrorizing the little thing. I locked the cat in a room and set about catching this poor little fuzzy mouse, was about an inch in length. Finally caught it after an hour of tearing my room to bits ( it ran into my room ) and released it back into the street at 4am. Got up in the morning at 8am to go to work to find the same mouse dead in the hallway. 🤬 cats. It's now 8:49am and I am at work.

Rip mouse.

Woke up at 7:30 in a surprisingly good mood, had a cup of tea, and went to move cows, that took about an hour, saw an episode of crash on Dave, went out for my breakfast. and now planning to go to the cinema on Monday to see the new Batman.

Good day so far.:)

^Dave. They had season 1 a couple of months ago, do they'll probably have season 2 at some point too...

I don't have Dave, just borrowed the box set off someone. season 2 is on USAHD now I think going into it's 6th episode.

I keep falling asleep at around 3/4 PM while trying to stay up until about 10 to get my sleep schedule right again. Over the past 48 hours I've gotten maybe 10 hours of sleep. I'm REALLY tired but wanna finally be able to go to sleep at a decent time.

Didn't hear alarm. :grumpy:

Late for work: :indiff:

Classes cancelled.... :)

...because of AC failure.

Had a great lunch.

Left the office early. ;)

Hour of GT5 at the 'Ring (Arcade Mode, naturally). Came in 4th. Epic. :D

 How can you live without Dave's constant Top Gear repeats?

Started to pack up the contents of the house and sort things out for the boot fair tomorrow. Now living in a cardboard box world with a sofa and TV as the only furniture downstairs. Weeded the driveway and cut the lawns. Quite a lot so far.

Must you drive me into a state of madness with the mentioning of that beverage?

Yes, I will torture you about the mouth watering lemony tastefulness until you get some. :p You might not even like it, some people don't . :p

Damn, now I'll have to think of something awesome that you guys don't have, Ally Wally...

Since I went to bed at 7am and got up at 3:30pm, it's time for the night master to go to work..
I got the pit bike fixed though, it's going to be great when I don't have to wrestle it to get the chain back on, and having a rear brake now is nice.

God, I just wasted the afternoon after the qualfying.

Well I had to work that morning anyhow, so rested for the afternoon. But decided I would have a pint of cider at 5pm and forgo the kitchen (oven food only) this evening. Its way past 1am and I feel like its only 10pm. Wow, alcohol really does distort the time.

Currently just rocking out to Ting Ting's back catalog.

Summer holidays have just begun, wooo! 6 weeks of staying up till 4am, going on holiday, trying to get the girl and going out with mates

What? How do vacations in Europe work? Here in the U.S. we got out of school nearly a month ago.

In Europe, children get a sensible amount of time's holiday during the school year, rather than one enormous break during the summer and a short one at christmas, as is the norm in america. This is both good for pupils who have difficulty dealing with school (they don't have to face months and months of waiting for time off school), and for those who loathe the holidays themselves. (Being away from my butch lesbian boarding school friends once drove me to near suicidal depression during a european school holiday, imagine how I would have dealt with an american school holiday. It's amazing to think how much I used to enjoy being outside with my friends at boarding school, considering I've become a potential hikikomori in recent times...)

If you're going to torture me, you have to get the name right. :p Oh crap, now he knows he can just go back and... DANG IT!!!

Anyway, going over the GF's today. I think someone else is going too. Some guy who is also a Brony. According to her we should get along well. She requested I sing her Hush Now Quiet Now (small MLP song), so that should interesting because I barely know the words let alone if I can use proper technique.

All I got from Roger was "lesbian".

You had "lesbians"?!

There were non-lesbians too, but I got on better with the lesbians. And the geeks. And the general outcasts.

OK, maybe it should say my butch lesbian friend, but I didn't want to sound like a loner.
