Any Additional prize for getting all 60 gold licenses? currently on 41 golds well try and wrap the rest up in the next few nights

Got all golds last night, S licence was too easy but enjoyable none the less.

Had the most trouble with the latter standing start tests (braking). missing out on gold on one test twice in a row by 0.1, untill I figured out that flooring the accelerator before the countdown and keeping it there gave me the best start. I thought there would be too much wheel spin but I seemed to get way faster start like this than holding the revs at a more realistic level and then launching off the line.

So far I have all golds in the first license, might try the next licence today but I don't know if I have the patience to go for 60 golds ...

What cars do you win for getting all golds from National A onwards? (So I can gauge whether to go for licenses or continue Bob's B-Spec career? (He's almost finished Professional Series now!)

Woohoo!!

Put me down for 60 Golds please

I'd like to thank Kaz and PD for making this all possible, my Mum, Jebus, Pro Plus but most of all the cones on IB-3 for sticking with me despite being knocked over and sworn at constantly for 3 hours and not complaining.

out of sheer curiosity, do any of the license tests force you to use cockpit view?

No, you can obtain all gold with any view. But... there is a license, the 207 GTI in Tsukuba, where using the cockpit view you have a help. You must to drive as near as you can to the inner of the turn at certain speed and you can check the distance if you see the red/whites stripes through the small window near the right mirror. ;)

I hate you 60 Golders.

I just spent 4 hours today trying to gold ic-3. I missed it by 0.088 seconds. I haven't even looked at ic-10 yet.

I finally got all the golds last night. I had to refer to Stunes videos to find out what lines he took on certain races but otherwise it wasn't that hard. I was using a DS3.

By far the most time consuming license for me was the Ferrari 512BB race, that took me over three hours. The S licenses were surprisingly easy although I did get stuck on S8 for a couple of hours.

I'll get a photo up for proof later.

I'm nearly there - up to IA-10 now.
The hardest so far were definitely the 1000m Aston Martin test (which I only defeated by luck I think - and turning off ABS) and the dreaded slaloms. Actually the mini one wasn't too bad but I thought I'd never get through the FR one - it's really hard to keep the rhythm and not go too wide - I switched back to using the DS3 in the end which seemed to help a bit if you've got a light enough touch on the directional buttons...

I tried that Aston Martin 100m stopping test about 100 times. At one point my best was 26.701. Very annoying.

I found that assuming you are braking in the correct spot so that you just barely make it into the stopping area, tapping, holding momentarily and releasing the handbrake repeatedly during the braking saves you some time.
