A lot of Thievery Corporation's songs aren't english - it just depends on the singer they collaborate with. Sometimes it's French, sometimes they sing Spanish, other times still, they'll do English.

Either way, they've got some AMAZING music

Thievery Corporation - Le monde

Soulage ton coeur, soulage ton ame
Ah le monde change
Et tu crois que la derniere prise
Elle a mis du temps à ??
Ta douleur, ta douleur
Demain est une autre sortie
Ca fait mal à dire mais j'ai peur, j'ai peur, j'ai peur
Ah le monde change, le monde change
Soulage ton coeur, soulage ton ame
Ah le monde change, le monde change

roughly translated with google
Do the world I think well that the world is calculated I think well that all is framed That our thoughts are traced in the air before And you believe that the derniere taken It put??? with your Ouvre pain the eyes the world changes Ah yes I know that one Ah day yes I know that one day to see more clearly You must forget all the lies Ah the world change, the world exchange Soulage your heart, relieve your heart Ah the world changes And you believe that the derniere taken It spent time with?? Your pain, your Demain pain is another exit Ca made badly with saying but I am afraid, I am afraid, I am afraid Ah the world change, the world exchange Soulage your heart, relieve your heart Ah the world changes, the world changes

Just out of curiosity I downloaded some of these guys music. It's actually pretty cool, now I wonder how the hell I would go about buying a cd.

They kinda sound like a Japanese Dream theater.

I like The Pillows. If you've ever watched FLCL, you'll notice that it's the same music played. Cool stuff.

Roch Voisine and Celine Dion.... j/k

I like Rammstein and that's about the only non-English stuff I listen too. Unless you count techno ;)

I like this Japanese song called Fukko Bushi (•œ‹»ß [use japanese shift-jis encoding to see kanji] ) by Soul Flower Mononoke Summit. It souds cool.

[by the way, anyone know where I can find the lyrics (in romaji)? i've search for them, but can't find it]

more japanese goodness come from Sider, Condor 44 and Cruyff in the bedroom, all of them nice soft rock (sider and condor, punkish, cruyff, a little more emo/indieish) I have downloaded some of their stuff and they rock, too. also, the pillows are in the studo right now, so a new album should be coming in a short time. YAY!!!

and, Race Idiot, glad someone took the advice. X-japan was a LEGENDARY band in japan, the band that started the J-rock craze and the visual key stuff (scandalous appearance, makeup... you get the picture), and were around for years until their guitarrist, Hide, commited suicide. they have a crapload of albums, and believe me, its one of the best metal bands in the world. CDs? well, how about www.cdjapan.com ?

I used to like Sasha! about a decade ago when I was tiny and didn't know any better. Now it's Rammstein all the way.

I know I already said this earlier, but Does anyone know the lyrics of the Japanese Song called Fukko Bushi by Soul Flower Mononoke Summit. I'm desperetly searching for them. I don't care if its in Romaji or if it is in Japanese Text.

Rustling around in the back of the closet, I came up with an old favorite tape.

True, I forgot about that one!

99 red ballon was my very first favorite song when I was 5 years old... didn't understand a single word, but just loved her voice.

Mokoma, they are a finnish rock band
Dorn, they are a German rock band
Viikate, they are also a finnish rock band
Ásmegin, i'm not sure if its Danish, or Norwegian, they are either rock or metal

You can find the lyrics on www.darklyrics.com
EDIT: Ásmegin is not Danish or Norwegian, I looked at their lyrics, they are Icelandic
