i am thinking of getting the sharkport stuff, so i can get the lamorghini diablo.
but the thing is, is it worth it getting the shark port, and what accecories do i need to get?
and what do i need to do, to get the diablo!!

all you need is the sharkport, it comes with discs, manuals and 2 usb cables which go from PC to sharkport then from sharkport to PS2. to get the diablo, you will need MK's hybrid program (get version 4) and use the "change car" button. enjoy!
Ok, there is a Hybrid program written by MK. You need to download that program and use it tochange a car in your garage for the diablo (or any other car, including other cars not in NTSC like diablo...) and dess, there is a lil adapter with 2 plugs in it. and you have 2 USB cables, each cable has one usb plug and one that fits into the sharkport adapter. so, one usb in PC which plugs into the adapter, and then another usb that goes into PS2 and plus into adapter.
Is there a system like this avaliable in the UK? I was looking at a system called the Equaliser V2 and it sounded similar. Also can you get the 'hidden' cars like the Stratos in the PAL version or have they been removed? Besides, with one I can save onto my PC and it's cheaper than a new memory card
Diablo = Lamborghini Diablo. go to lambocars.com and take a look at the diablo section, there should be some pics of it under on of the links...i think it was GT1..not sure though. and Alta, it connects to the USB port on your PS2. its a direct connection from your PS2 to the sharkport adapter and then to the PC's USB port. conneely, with a xport (uk ver of sharkport) you can get the diablo and many more... you might want to read the thread "diablo available for us version"
Actually there is no body's for the Diablo or the Stratos' in the PAL version. So the best you can do is have those as your base car and swap a differant body on. PAL people really got screwed it seems. Don't forget the Porsche 911 GT3, thats a sweet hidden car.
The Porsche 911 oh yeah, theres some hidden skylines also. I got a Nismo R34 GT-R R tune( it's a beauty) and theres an Nismo R32 GT-R S tune(haven't looked at this yet). I cant say 100% these are in PAL. I hear more of whats NOT in pal if ya know what I mean. Theres a few more, some miata's and some sample cars that are the Cerbera. yea the GT-R Rtune is a normal car in NTSC version. (you have to win it though) and hell yea its sweet and same goes for the S tune... not as kewl though.
