Sorry Heath was trying to make it so we could all drift together but it didnt work for 20 mins I couldn't get into haydens room either dam stupid server errors will have to try dmz thing on router I think
 
I got to buy a new router so I don't have to deal with these issues anymore. I never got a chance to play red dead redemption online because of it, and now it's limiting my GT5 experience... Goodbye netgear

Not related to drifting in any way but I want rid of my R32 GTR because I wanna buy another one and start again, so this one has to go.. Its red with those 5 spoke PDI rims and about 602 hp.. thought instead of selling it someone might want it.. so give me a bell if you're interested and I'll send it through. Hasn't been driven much either. Not trading just want to give it away to a Southern Sliders member. :)

Yea I pulled the chaser out for a few laps, that track we were all on lat night was fun, pulsing second gear all the way up that big bend in the chaser was awesome.

Shame some people were having network issues again. We have to get on top of that.

Here's some instructions on setting up a DMZ if anyone needs them.

great session last night guys it was good to have so many SS members in the 1 room at a time and i really enjoyed the tracks we drifted on too Ive gotta say i think road Indy is my new favourite.
Ill probably be on tomorrow night cant make it tonight catch u then:tup:

You missed out on a good session at autumn ring last night, tougefc is taking care of the photos, they should be up when he's done.
 
Yeah last nights sesh was great, it was great to finaly drift with other members of SS who I havent drifted with before, some really great drifts were being laid down by everyone. Ive gone through almost all of the replays and got the pics, just have to grab some more of the last lap of Indy and watch the Autuum mini replay.

Also i just like to point out (from watching the replays) we should try and stick abit closer together, in some of the bits we were getting a bit to scattered out away from each other, so its hard to try and watch what everyone is doing at once. I will have the pics up tonight.
 
@ touge great idea but it will take time I think, people take different lines around every corner and the one following really has to copy the leading cars line and not do their own, which wasn't happening.
Maybe after a few more practices this will happen, but to do it efficiently is difficult, depends on everybodies skill level and if everyone is using same tyres.
That's my opinion anyway

These guys were both on comfort hards & in my knowledge it was their first run together.
These guys did great but i think we all have the potential to get there. We just have to try as Touge said, to keep closer during practice.
This way we learn to tandem like these two
The main thing i noticed last night was that two guys would do awesome drifting together while everyone else slid around by themselves.
It is fair enough to not want to wait, but one spin meant i had to wait a whole lap so i could drift with you guys :(

p.s. The video isn't really necessary but it shows what i want us to be able to do, except 16 in a train at once ;)

Spewing I missed the action last night,Pic's look mad Touge 👍 got on about 1am for an hour or so and crashed..

Been a ****** couple weeks hopefully things will calm down and be able to get on abit more ;)
 
Been playing GT since the first one and only over the past few days have I worked out how to properly tune the LSD. Shaved nearly 2 seconds off my best Nurb R33 GTR laptime after I messed with the LSD a bit. Not telling you all my settings though. :D

Also locked it on my S13 and oh my god.. what a difference.
 
I say nothing but 60.60.60 50/50 that is all...

Yea the LSD really needs to be fiddled with I found. BTW, thanks for the red R32. I got a Crystal white paint chip from it though :boggled:
