Spa for Seasonals. Fair for those who PAID for DLC?

I would just say I don't feel I got a whole lot of value for my dollar on the Spa track being that people can run it without paying for it. However I do play online a lot too, so when it was available for non DLC owners online that really made me feel like I didn't get any value, now at least there is some value.

Its a double edged sword though as now the online rooms with the DLC tracks aren't as full as you would like.

Overall though I like the fact its in seasonals, it gives me more to do with the track aside from practice mode. Having seasonals and offline events with a track is important to me since I like to play sometimes a bit more casually than online allows (so I can get up to take a piss in the middle of a race or something for example).
 
i don't mind...because it is just a seasonal event...
 
Yup, same with me. I bought all DLC when they came out, I used to host a lobby for my friends and they joined in and played. Also, people could play Spa also be entering my offline lobby. But it doesnt bother me in the slightest. I believe people have gotten used to receiving stuff from PD, so when PD takes away a feature open to all (play Spa for free) or when they see the DLC cars in the NCD and cant buy them, they complain? It's a DLC, and I've never heard of "DLC free testing for 1 month" or how much it was. As stated in the first page, you have to pay in order to play 👍
