Why isnt spa in gt5? I really love eau rouge

Ps for people who said i make treads that already existed, i searched on spa and spa francorchamps, and found nothing

I also said that Spa Francorchamps was my "#1 wish they'd add" circuit to the game... My second favorite track to the Nordschleife. 👍

Yeah, I always wondered at the lack of real world circuits, but I'm assuming it has to do with having the rights to use it (I know EA has them for Shift though).

you said the S word......your days on here are finished.....lol

My dreams.

What about:
Silverstone
Road America
Road Atlanta
Mosport
Circuit Gilles Villeneuve
Sebring

Hell freakin' yeah. And PLEASE leave the "Welcome to Quebec!" sign on the Wall of Champions at the Gilles where so many people smack into it. :)

I can't be bothered to find it right now, but wasn't there a photo of a computer screen shot at PD's headquaters that would show a folder list with track names, one of them being Spa Francorchamps?

I'm willing to bet that's fake.

YEAH,YEAH,YEAH !!!

As far as real world circuits that aren't in GT5 go, Spa Francorchamps is number 1 on my list and has been for quite a while. It would have be great to see it in GT5.

I see Hockenheim coming before Spa or Bathurst, because it's already finished. Remember the demo last summer? :)

Vote on it!

Do a search for "spa" and vote on the appropriate thread(s)

Every time I see people sitting around wishing on stuff like this, I direct them to exactly that very link, but in this case there isn't a whole lot of point. Spa has always had the most votes by far, so further votes just further cement its landslide victory in the votes. I really wanted Spa, but didn't bother giving it any of my votes because it already had so many.

^ This. Are you listening PD?

To this thread? No, they're not. They might listen to our organized feedback in that link up there, however. If they won't listen to that, they won't listen to anything.

I don't think it works that way. Besides the fact that Codemasters also has it in some of their games, there's tracks like Suzuka and Tsukuba that appear in both GT5 and FM3, so I don't see how a track like Spa can't appear in games from multiple developers/publishers.

instead of looking yourself you immediately think its fake ... your probably one of the people telling the newcomers to use the search function when they make new threads when you dont use it yourself :dunce:

Oh yes. And Catalunya and Motegi (including the Speedway of course) as well. And I've always liked Mugello, would be rather fitting since we have the Ferrari F1 cars... Oh, wait... I think I'm doing this wrong :(

Believe it or not, he did that to me, at mt tread of time difference

I wouldn't hold my breath on waiting for new tracks. Here is an interview talking about such things.

"Among the standard cars are some historical classics, and we plan on remaking them as premium cars,"

"Based off Yamauchi's comments, it looks like Polyphony only plans on upgrading some of the cars rather than all. This isn't surprising, since 80% of the game's cars are standard models."

"He was less committal about the possibility of downloadable courses and cars. As this type of content takes a lot of work, Yamauchi said that they may be added as download content, or they may be left until the next title. Likewise for new course maker locations."

I would love to see that track in the game. It is my favorite track of all tracks in the world. Even the nordscleife. I just found it a little too easy in F1 2010 because the cars are so grippy. To take Eau Rouge, Bruxelles and pouhon in a powerful road car would be absolutely fantastic. Love that circuit. I have been there my self to see F1, and the sheer angle of the track in places were just incredible. Lovely place, even though the weather sucked and the food was horrible. That is a clear nr 1 on my wishlist of additions to the game.

Jst thinking about our last vacantion, we were standing with my dads merc c-class to an opened gate, going directely on eau rouge, but my dad didn't dare to get on. He is still sorry about that, if he could turn back time, he would definately do it.
