The screen shot on the other thread shows a max g-force reading. You won't get much 'g' from a straight or a banked curve, so I'm hoping for more than just an 30km oval

Bad Xbox experiences. All my online gaming experience is with the 360 which mostly came in the the form of 6-year-olds in Halo at 3am and wrong way driving, 50 laps of the longest track racing, 14-year-olds. It was interesting that the racers were a little bit older than the Halo players, but they were still just as crazy.

There is a second track where the G-force is tested. I wouldnt be suprised if this was just a 30km oval.

30km... 12km straight...I see a 8 car X2011 train down the straight just bump drafting... 1000km/h anyone?

On further inspection I appear to be wrong about the first bit... However, I still believe it will be nothing but a 30km oval...

I would like to see a track map,how are they planning on marketing a track without more pictures and/or a video of an entire lap? We haven't even seen thumbnails of all of the DLC cars yet,and it's released in 4 days!

Don't get me wrong,I'm buying the DLC based on the description and a few pictures but please give us a track map!

30km? Nurburgring, your record as the longest track in the world was just broken.
You can enjoy the time / weather change while racing with the X2010/11 :D

Great video. Thanks for that. 👍

Not spoiling it :p can't wait. Just hot my platinum trophy by the way :) Took over a year. Slowly but surely.
It's just the section for the top speed test, although it wasn't visible in the Acura NSX Concept movie. There are distance markers from 0 to 10000 meters.

Ill be doing tests on all my cars should keep me occupied for a long while

Pitting would definitely need to be a top priority, you need to think 5min minimum into the future. If your tire's let go or heaven forbid you pull a Earnhardt Jr. you could easily turn a 5min lap into a 1hr lap.

On the other hand, if you pull an Earnhardt Sr., you could turn a lap into eternity...

Can't wait for Route X, going to be very interesting anyone else get the feeling it will be a big triangle? the 2 x straights you could see in the NSX vid didn't look parralell to me...?

We wont know for sure until we see a radar overhead, parallax at those angles could make the track look like it takes all sorts of weird directions.

Also while the top speed run is 10km we didnt see either corner appear on the radar so there is still a fair bit more distance that can be used on a full lap.

Daytona Style? I reckon it would be..

immense curve ala daytona of that size would be a pain to traverse with constant niggly corrections, iam still guessing a traditional test course.

What they didn't show on the video

It's possible. With a banked corner of a radius of 500 meters and another of a radius of 1500 meters (and 2x 12000m straights), it could look like this:

@SHIRA

I thought at first I saw a tiny crossover figure of 8 in the NSX vid, but I think It was just a foot bridge going over it and over it LOL. Very interested to see that is for damn sure,

I'm tipping it isn't an "Oval" per say anyway I could be wrong, wouldn't be the first time

another point do we get the NSX with 2.03? for free I wonder? 💡

I don't know, maybe that was enabled by default.

By the way, at minute 00:02-00:03 it is possible see the other banked corner. After that until about minute 00:24 part of the bridge on the other side of the track is visible on the right part of the screen. Most probably this is a generic perfectly symmetrical oval.
