Sounds to me as if the car was driven on a track for the first time before changing the oil, in which case it will forever be just a smidge lower HP than if you had changed the oil prior to it's first ride around a track.
At least that was my experience at the beginning when I didn't know any better.
If you're that concerned about such a minor amount of HP difference, I'd suggest you sell it and re-purchase another and properly change the oil before taking it out on a track for the first time.
Personally, I took that same situation as a learning experience. Be thankful it wasn't on a 20 million credit car!
