ST or not?

Just something that's been bugging me; on Saturdays TopGear, were the Focuses they were using in the Sweeney car chase, STs? Or did I pick up them saying they were just normal Focuses with an ST 'kit'?

1.6's with ST body kits/wheels. They pointed out that the mid-dashboard dials (presumably an ST only thing) were just a mock up and the dials were faked.
