I was actually thinking of a great idea for this: Do you know those music stands used to hold sheet music for musicians? Those things tilt AND telescope, just like real car steering wheels. Some of them freely move but others can be fastened into a certain position. The only issue is...is it strong enough to handle the jerking motions of normal game play?
