Stopping A Rolling Start ?

Almost everytime I drag I put the clutch and the gas in and start to roll. Is there any way to stop this ? Is there a certain fix I can do ?

Is it the same launch? I always thought it was different. 3:

 

[DLR]

1) Stop
2) Press e-brake
3) Mash the gas
4) Let go of the e-brake
