Hi,

Need advice, I was rating DR:A SR:S but fell to DR:C: SR:C within 2 consecutive races. Id rather not get into why however making my way back up, I have been sat at DR:B SR:B for ages. More specifically when checking the rating bar in the profile page, I am sat at 99.99%. last night I won 4 races and came 2nd cleanly, yet it isn’t moving. I have also been on DR:B for like a week sat at 99.9% finishing in top 3 nearly every race. Does it not work how I think? When I get pole and finish first, even after the race it doesn’t show as blue colour just grey? I think I may have been capped as a penalty which lasts a certain period.

Cheers.

You can only level up the DR if your SR level is equal or higher than the DR level your going.

Makes sense?

I’ve seen people in Lobby Races with B-DR and D-SR...

On a side note though. I have been DR-A SR-S for weeks and I finally decided to push for S and I spent an entire day Ranked Number 1 in NA at Race A... I won 22/26 Races and never finished worse than 3rd in the races I completed. I went from 1/2 Bar to like 7/8 and I find that to be an absolute joke... like 8 hours of winning isn’t enough for me yet I saw someone with 39 Total Wins and 150 Races completed and he was S... my totals are roughly 365 Races with 197 Wins... how on earth am I not S!!! I truely believe PD knows that as soon as I get S I’m only doing Lobby Racing because Sport Mode is a joke and they are trying to prolong my adventures...

Almost certainly down to the quality of opponents you're matched against.

I'm DRS SRS, and have only run 64 races in Sport (c.14 poles, 14 wins), but I've been getting matched against the fastest in Europe since I got to SRS after my 5th race... and because I started GTS a week late, this meant I was consistently matched against higher DR drivers.

Took me 16 10 lap grp 3 races at Nurb GP to get from mid DRA to SRS... didn't win one of them, but consistently finished top 4 against very strong grids (almost all DRS or DRA).

If you're the highest DR rank in a race, and you have the fastest qualifying time, likely you're DR isn't going to progress as fast if you win as the game expects you to win!

Just forget about it and enjoy the racing. It'll eventually get to where it's supposed to be.

I've had mine drop from S to A in 3 races, it's not that hard you just need a couple of idiots and a not great track

Yeah but his went from S to C, must've been fun

Just a thought if I may.

Did you compete in the beta at all - if not that may explain it if the other person did as DR ratings achieved in the beta carried over to the full game.

I get that I Race primarily scrubs... occasionally see an S Driver but typically its just me and 1-3 other A Drivers and a ton of low drivers. But how many times do I need to dominate everyone before they decide maybe he should be in faster groups. How is being ranked #1 in qualifying for over 10 hours of the day not a DR boost in it’s own. I honestly dispise Sport Mode and I’d like to be done with it asap.

It's not the game's fault if there aren't enough A/S level drivers in your region to match you against.

You can have DR lower than SR. That’s not what I said. If you are demoted, this can happen. However, for you to be able to level your DR, the SR should be equal or higher than the level your going to.
