Iteh formula GT is a huge PAIN! the first race is easy, but If you make one mistake in the other races, buh bye.
And I was the slowest car anyway with the 090

You do need it...if you actually wanna finish the game.  The S-class races probably account for at least 10% of the game (most likely more than that).

The fact that English may be difficult for him because it is his second language is not funny in my opinion.

you need the s license to compete in some races and get you into the F1 series. IT also makes you a better driver.
