Should we all turn off our mics before race start?

I tried the Saleen, I just can't drive it. I'm going Enzo, it's quick and has the highest top speed but you have to know how to brake it. cB was in a Lamborghini that was killing everyone. That ZZII thing was quick also.

Tried the baby Lamborghini, it's really fast. That might be my second choice as I need to dial it in a little more. Didn't try the Enzo yet. I have to say I really like the Ford GT, it has brought me good luck last season!
 
I was driving the ZZ last night. I could hit 1:00's but if I got into contact with the heavier cars, I got pushed off course. Then I couldn't possibly catch back up. Fun car though.

Hopefully this race won't be like the nascar race but w/o cautions allowing for catching back up.
 
I have several 600pp super cars none that are fast enough to keep up with the crowd that was on last night. Finished dead last in every race.
p.s. doesn't the ZZII have full aerodynamics? Is it not considered a race car? like the Zonda R ?
 
How many laps DJ? I'm thinking 45 should give us a little over 45 minutes with stops.

I didn't realize it did. DJ, should this car be added to the forbidden fruit list of lusty yet ineligible supercars? Seems like I wreck with it every time we practice! Well, not just that car. Since the ZZII wasn't listed on the ineligible list, I've been having a go of it. It's a little dicey, but I like that.

I guess any car with adjustable Front Downforce should fall under the "racecar" category?

Yeah I know. This track treats my tires in a strange manner. I can go laps without causing the front tires to turn red. Other laps they are bright red in the turns. At times my tires will smoke and at others no signs of tire stress. I think I should just slow down and pace it out especially in turn 2 where most mishaps take place and tires wear the most for me.

So what cars are people gonna be using? From the looks of this board it seems the ZZ is popular and I'm pretty sure the Ford GT will make an appearance. I think somebody mentioned an Enzo. I've heard that its a difficult car to drive. Then again, I am driving the Saleen so I have no room to talk LOL

I was going with the Ford GT but I've been using the GTR lately and really like it so....decisions decisions

The way I have that car sett up feels like a 2wd so I can't really say if it helps or not. Does wear out tires quickly though
 
Tire wear is going to be an issue. Especially on the turn before the bridge (turn 2 or 3 not sure which) My car always lights up the front tires bright red and sometimes the passenger side rear as well. I can't seem to take that corner without sliding.
 
Still undecided. I like the ZZ cuz it's unique! Tried out the Citroen-very fast but heavy. Enzo can be tricky with its high top speed. So my favorite driving car is the Scuderia but it's a little slower than the previous cars. Gonna try out the Italia tonite. Lambos and I don't get along too well. There's just so many choices...don't have enough time to try out them all out!

Ford GT can hang with anything. Wanna try the GTR, Viper and LFA if I can squeeze it in.
 
Its a shame that the fastest production car in the world (the Bugatti) is not even mentioned at all when it comes to super cars in this game. Do you guys think PD got it wrong with that car?

I'm thinking any car that doesn't have an R or LM on the end can be used. The Enzo, Audi and Veyron have an adjustable wing attached stock. Because aero on these cars is automatic and actuated is why we don't consider these race cars?

Who knows, I've never test driven one. Maybe Kyle Busch has test driven one!

:lol: I think poop might be to nice a description for it. All that car is good for is drag racing. I wonder if its really that bad to drive IRL.

If I was driving that car in real life I wouldn't care how it turned or stopped. I'd have a big ass grin on my face though wooooo hoooooo

Well those cars are actual real life cars that can be street driven. A car like the Zonda R would never be driven in the street. For all intentions its a race car. This race should technically be called a Street Legal Super Car Race. The Enzo and Saleen are barely street legal as well I think.

Wow, this is going to be a boring race recap. From what i've seen so far the last race was really clean. Well done guys

EDIT: Oops never mind I got grayfox and mattics (i think) bumping uglies on lap 2 :lol:

Cool beans. I figured none others should be off the list other than the Zonda R and......I forgot the other one.
