Excuse me for using Go instead of green, but you get my jist. There's no reason to be specific about things. Green/Go, there the same thing. Like I said before I still think I had a good position, I just didn't see dude behind me. I said after the replay that he wasn't at fault. So there's no more reason to go into it.

I was trying to hook you up with how we run it at green as by the look of it you were all sketched out. Please tell me how someone coming from off track ever would have the racing line and/or right of way. Talk about specific.

Hook me up? I got the Go/Green. I told you I went wide to get a better line into that turn when you say I hit grass. I was already beside him beforehand, so me going wide was to give room. I didn't see him obviously because I can't see behind me, but I THOUGHT there was enough room that I had taken a line that was fine and could be avoidable contact. There's no reason you gotta keep on digging through it, I already said he wasn't at fault. I'm just saying I THOUGHT we both had enough room to take that line through the turn. Speaking of the Start I just didn't want to pass Bosh' before the Start/Finish line which I why I held up instead of going around the right side of him.
 
This is all so clearly gonna work out.

Why can't you see behind you? What view do you run? So you just drive down the track like a mole in a hole?

Why do you question me? Are you playing the roll of a troll? I run bumper cam. I couldn't see behind me because of my position, so there's no way I'd know where he was at. Do you look in your mirrors the whole race? Why don't you mind your race instead of focusing on mine? That's seems to be what you're doing. Does it even matter? He got the position, I got the wall. It's over. 👍

Listen jackass..... when you first join a league, you should keep your head down, your mouth shut and try your damnedest to try not pissing anyone off... like dive bombing people in the corners or bitching about things that were clearly your fault from the start. But hey.... that's just me.

By no means am I king, but I sure as **** am the guy who calls it the way I see it and can't keep my mouth shut once I get started; sometimes to a fault.

Yep. Only because you ran up in here calling BS first post.
 
I retracted the statement, but you still egg it on. I don't need to listen to the bs going on here with a bunch of kids acting like billy bad ass. I said what I felt. I got bumped into the wall. When I watched the replay I said it wasn't his fault. But, that's not good enough because some people like to carry on something that was supposedly resolved. So you can keep your little comments and your name calling, save it for someone who cares. It doesn't affect me at all. Divebombing people? Sure, that's what it was. Like no one else has late braked to try an overtake. On top of it I admitted where I was wrong, and gave the position back to 4th place at the end of the race. But ok- you're so much better because you made a statement trying to call me out. But go back a page and see where I said it was my fault. Maybe you'll learn a lesson in humility.

And calling you out isn't what makes me better than you. It's simply skill and patience.
 
It's simply nothing. Stating you're better than someone makes you better? That Jazz never tuned in my ears. I'm going to be an adult like I should be and own up. I came to a quick judgement of another, but instead of viewing the replay first, I was quick to point the blame. Even though I retracted the statement, I shouldn't have said it. So, my bad. Won't happen again.
 
OK. I was going to stay quiet on this but I guess I need to nip this.

Seth, I gave my ruling on the start and the first lap incident with cB. As far as the incident with Boshuter you dove inside of him trying to make a pass and contact was made sending him into the grass then across the track into the wall. It was a pass that may or may not have worked. It didn't. The right thing to do would have been an apology and position returned to him. We ask in the future that you adhere by our league rules regarding racing incidents.

Secondly you are the new guy here. Most of us have been racing together for 30 plus races spanning 2 seasons. We have worked hard to make this a fun, completive experience for everyone. You might want to consider keeping the comments to a minimum until you get a feel for how we run things. Positive suggestions are always welcome and most times we put them up for a vote.

I'd like to consider this matter closed
 
I PM'ed you about the incident, I didn't realize he was even beside me, one second he was way in front, then the next second he was behind. He was either lagging really bad, or I was. But, again I'm going to apologize, and it won't happen that way again.

Well this was an exciting Saturday afternoon, at least for me. I think we all got off on the wrong foot here. Always hard for a new guy to fit an established group. Laundry's been aired, party's been warned, next race or two will tell the rest.
 
Daytona is such a wide track (on the oval at least), I doubt many issues will be there with bumping, unless someone can't pass from the draft or the twisty section.
 
Just got off work. Let me remind everybody that respect is the name of the game.

That Sassy grass green looks Mean . To bad my front bumper was starting to fall off before the race start . LOL I think my pit crew musta drove her off the trailer with no ramps again .... I really got to save the cold food and warm beers till after the race .
