Must be region specific b/c I don't see it all on the Marketplace.

I am in the UK and it was up this afternoon.
It is one track and you can alter the number of laps and change the weather.
There are 19 cars on track as well.

Yep, looks like it's region specific. Is this game even going to be released in the US?

I just downloaded it, didn't like the physics at all.

Yeah right the superstar v8 racing demo is out on the 360 but i can't download because im not a gold member for xbox live so i might have to wait to it comes on ps3. :indiff:

Seems like there are lots of driver aids on, which you can't turn off in the demo. Hope I'm right, could be a half decent title but the demo probably doesn't do it justice.

There are driver aids in the demo which you can turn on and off.
There is also tyre wear and damage to turn on or off.
There is also different difficulty levels that you can choose.

This was posted in the Ps3 forum.

Ok First up I raced on simulation mode, tried a few AI settings but settled on normal (which after an hour I managed to finish 1st place with (hard, and hardcore are just that) I also turned all the assists off and raced on both dry and wet tracks (yes it makes a noticable difference) I also had damage on, tyre wear on and penalties on.

all assists on it´s still a hundred percent uninspired arcade experience. Surely it´s not as bad as WTCC in GRID but still. Either make it more arcadey or more sim it´s pointless to run this.

Hmm so what adsactly is the issues that your finding with it? I'm finding the control pad is really giving me grief but apart from that everything seems good, in fact if the wheel works well it could be a classic.

I've done a video review of this demo and have uploaded it to Youtube. Bear with it I've never done any video editing before and never done a review before so I think it's not bad for a first go.

Here you go:

The lighting quality's not that great, sorry about that, but it's taught me some valuable lessons for next time I do a review.
