Do you have a rule on duplicate car numbers? If you do I will have to come up with something since I normally sport #13

I tried a little in round 1 but I had just got my driving force gt and the learning curve took a while from the controller. Congrats on making it to round 3!:)

Thanks Mchid for hosting the practice session tonight.

I can save a lot of you a lot of heartache and disappointment by telling you that the car handles completely differently online as opposed to offline. It's way, way, way looser online. I first took the car out on GVE with my perfect offline setup and it was completely undriveable. I thought I had comfort soft tires on so I went back to the pit it was that bad...lol.

So if you're running dozens of laps offline to get your new car set up forget it. Start a room or go to a practice session because it's so different it's like a different car altogether. Of the 5 tracks, Tsukuba seemed to have it's normal offline grip though. Good luck!!!

thank you, the same happen to my cousin he got the wheel and was use to controller. I had the g27 for month before the academy.

Just a reminder there will be another practice session tomorrow night Feb. 22nd from 7PM to 9PM est. if anyone is interested.

The car handles very "loose" online compared to the offline practice. If anyone needs a tuning setup check the original post under the tuning section for a link to a good starting setup.

Thanks to everyone that showed up to the lobby today. I had a lot of fun racing with everybody. I can't wait for both series to start. Should be great racing!

Yeah definitely listen to Johhny everyone and practice in your own online lobby or join our practice session. I was quite shocked as well the first time I took the car online. It's very tail happy and requires good throttle control in most turns!

Thanks for signing me up in the Tuesday series. When I'm in game tonight I will figure out my car color. My number is 69. I will be there for tomorrows practice session.

Offline at GVE I was consistently doing low 1:12's and I was able to get a few high 1:11s. I just got done doing 30 some laps online on GVE and in this practice session there were only 2 laps were I was under a 1:13, with most of my laps being around 1:13.2. Guess ill just have to keep working at it and fine tuning my car to get to those offline times.

I could be in trouble. I was only able to get high 1.19s Online. However I did no tuning to the car, I merely added the parts. I'm not sure I'll be able to cut 4 seconds, but I HOPING with prep work, 1.15s are possible.

That's exactly my experience Lucky. About two seconds difference at GVE. I should have mentioned above, the car is really fun to drive online because you are on the edge of control in a lot of corners and as long as you regulate and don't hammer the throttle as she begins to get tail happy, you won't lose it. The section after the downhill esses, with the short straight and 90 degree right hander is a true test of ability...lol.

Although I'm not yet in the series, I hope to be. Just finished tuning. Offline times dropped 7 seconds fiddling with suspension and tires (turns out I was using comfort soft:grumpy: before since this was last used for seasonal event) Consistently 1.12.4-1.12.6 offline.
