Well after months of delays it is finally here. Just ordered mine and can not wait for it's arrival.

The Pro-Gauges controller is the latest addition to the Symprojects’ range of products. It makes possible to interface your computer with a wide range of real car instruments, through the USB port.

Great news.

Although I am not sure about this.
May depend on the players perspective. I'm not an endurance type racer/player and I guess in longer races it is more important to keep track of fuel/water/oil temps etc.

From a style perspective it might be totally sweet looking but considering what some apps do these days with phones/tablets, this the real deal with quality branded dials ain't gonna be cheap.

Look forward to early adopters taking the plunge though and seeing it in action.

Nice! I have purchased some gaugeS from them and I must say that they are a very good team and their products are the best! said this, now we have the possibility to use ipads and iphons and with a plugin like DashMeterPro you can have every thing you want, RPM, oil tem'. water temp', laps time, speed, gear indicator......

A lot of people talk about immersion with sim-racing. This is a great step for those that want to recreate the cockpit...!!!

I'd love to see someone running low on fuel and tapping the gauge with their finger..

I thought that some 911 gauges would be totally sweet looking until I did a search and seen the price :scared:

I didn't look at those but I can imagine. I purchased a rev burner 18 months ago a bought an Auto Meter Tach, it was around $300 Cnd 190 British Pound.

I know the Speedometer that shows 200MPH is up around $250 from Auto Meter. The other gauges are relatively cheap. Of course the biggest reason for analog gauges over digital is immersion. I plan on building a dash with a built in button box with extensions on the toggles and the gauges. It will be a Heinz 57 of dash's, I'm going for the grunge race car cockpit, similar in style to what I have now but with a dash.

At this point I mainly race the Riley DP at iRacing, it has a digital speedo but mine will be a tad different. :)

**Edit** I had to look at that link, DAM, I'm sure glad I don't race a Porsche.

iRacing being the more realistic of any other racer is so dependent on accurate fuel. I finished one race with 1 gallon left. When you run out, you are out, none of this going 25 MPH around the track.
