Eulogy

He had alot to say. He had alot of nothing to say. We'll miss him. So long. We wish you well. You told us how you weren't afraid to die. Well then, so long. Don't cry. Or feel too down. Not all martyrs see divinity. But at least you tried. Standing above the crowd he had a voice that was strong and loud. We'll miss him. Ranting and pointing his finger at everything but his heart. We'll miss him. No way to recall what it was that you had said to me, Like I care at all. So loud. You sure could yell. You took a stand on every little thing and so loud. Standing above the crowd, he had a voice so strong and loud and I swallowed his façade cuz I'm so eager to identify with someone above the ground, someone who seemed to feel the same, someone prepared to lead the way, with someone who would die for me. Will you? Will you now? Would you die for me? Don't you ****in' lie. Don't you step out of line. Don't you ****in lie. You've claimed all this time that you would die for me. Why then are you so surprised to hear your own eulogy? You had alot to say. You had alot of nothing to say. Come down. Get off your ****in cross. We need the ****in space to nail the next fool martyr. To ascend you must die. You must be crucified for your sins and your lies. Goodbye...

I only posted it because Shant and I were talking about it.

I almost did on Monday but didn't. I'll order it for like 9.99 rather than pay 14.98 at Target.

Hmm, Tool sounds so much better on the bassy headphones on my MD player.

Awesome band. I've had the album since it was released. I like them more than Tool, actually.

:odd:

I think Tool is better, but APC is a bit easier (or more relaxing) on the ear.

The only have a thirteenth step at my local record shop. And they don't have any freakin STP!

Is Core their first album with 'Sex Type Thing' on it? I have that and it rockers.

Good music is fun to listen to. Linkin Park isn't.

Yeah, thats the one.

Linkin Park are a poor mans Deftones.

Maybe, although it seems wrong to compare such a edit:****ty band with such an awesomes band.

Why am I arguing with myself?

Edit:Whoops, I said Linkin Park was good. What I meant was ****ty.

Shut up Brett, Linkin Park suck full stop.

Every single song sounds the same, just like Evenescence (ecenecnesecnsn) and Nickelback. 👍

Tool on the other hand sounds the same but different ;)👍

I edited my other post.

Some of Nickelback's older stuff isn't too bad, the album curb is ok and the state album is pretty good as well. I have that newer album as well (one with How you remind me) and I regret buying it now.

Linkin Park is teh cool. Remixing songs is fun. And then when you remix a remix, you go into the league of greatness only occupied by Will Smith and Puff Daddy.

Or not. 👍

The best Tool song ever in my opinion is the live version of Push it on Salival. It's like 14 minutes long and it's just a masterpiece.;)

I have to say that schism is my favorite song. But they all rule so how could i really pick one. (realizes i contradicted myself)

What the hell is Die Eier Von Satan all about? And Useful Idiot and (-) Ions?

Die Eier Von Satan:

Quote: The speech in german that is ranted is in fact someone reading out a recipe for devilled eggs. I have been told that it is the favourite food of one of the band members...

As for the others, I wouldn't know.

:odd:

A recipie?

How many of you guys have heard Tool's cover of No Quater? Truly one of the best covers I have ever heard.

Yes, it's on Salival, my favorite Tool album. You should check out the live version of Push it, on the same album, it's breathtaking. ;)
