Nope, that's what happens when you hit 230 in the Veyron. The wing comes down to help with lift or downforce or something... I forgot which one. Not a Veyron specialist here lol.

The wing goes up after 150mph, and down when you get back under 100, but yeah It sounds like a 3rotor aswell :/

You dont have to have a wheel DS3 works too. An you dont need a gaming PC, its all in how you set up Directx..
