I'm putting in some miles at Suzuka in this Mercedes....I'm way off the leaders pace, but I'm going to kept turning laps.

Best so far is:

T-1 = 50.581
T-2 =1:32.420
Lap= 1:54.471

Weee!!! New BC!!

Clean times so far:

Race 1: 2'05.536 (hate this combo)
Race 2: 1'53.507 (love this combo as much as I hate Race 1  )

Hopefully I will be able to take some time off Race 1.

That looks good, doesn't it ?

Indeed it does!

Will have to do some more runs on my Qualifcation!, dont want to miss out! :p

That goes for anybody else ;), better start those last minute attempts :p

doesnt matter which one is which, as there both there. i'll check them out now

both clean and nice, top stuff shockwave,

Just a note to Cyril or Dion that my laps (albeit currently not qualifying me for BC at the moment), are posted back here, I think they've been attributed to Jerome on the leaderboard though :) 👍

[EDIT]
P.S Here's a snippet from the GTX Board Challenge Rules section:

5.2: Tenative Deadline Schedule:

^ Dion has been registering our team a few minutes ago at GTX, and we will have to announce our drivers list by May 7th.
So we'll stick with our initial plans : you have another week to enter or improve your times, and then, on April 30th, all 3 Qualifier races will be closed.
When this is done, and when drivers have confirmed their intention to race for GTP, the team (10 + 2 reserve, or 10 + 4 reserve as we're suggesting at GTX) will be officially announced.
People who will not be part of the team will be welcomed as supports for the other steps : by May 14th, we need to set up and test 11 scenarios (see BC rules here) and have them sent to BC administrators.

well after reading those dates i choose to withdraw my time from the leaderboard as my Alevel exams start on the 22nd!! Great timing or what :( So your back in the top12 jumpace 👍

I assume then, that all replays have to also be submitted by that date as well?

No, we will do the replays after deadline.

See my post below.......

new time for race 1

2'07.314

and race 2

1'57.332

Alrighty....a few hours of practice and I've found enough to sneak me in for the time being:

Race 1: Skyline @ Grand Valley
T1: 0'42.363
T2: 1'21.803
Final Lap: 2'04.771

Race 2: Mercedes @ Suzuka
T1: 0'50.165
T2: 1'31.892
Final Lap: 1'53.953

Total Time: 3'58.724

It's like an eBay bid, don't wanna peak too early :sly:

Updated!

Look where you are now Colby ;)

Giddy up!!!!!!!! That's one for the old farts :sly:

If at 27 your an old Fart what does that make 45 year old MinorShunt :scared:?

I've got a new Suzuka time too. I can't remember what it was exactly, but it is only 0.2 or so faster. I'll brake the next second barrier this week, I just have to get the whole lap together, rather then ****ing up one of the corners and having to make the time up on the rest of the track like I usually do.

Great job Colby. Personally, I don't think you're old, but you're most definitely a fart.

Although I did manage to move up a place today, with the mysterious disappearance of 'Psyborg'. Now, I just have to wait for Hol, Hotboi and Jmgyro too.....

great job mister weary, always knew u had it in ya to make the team, now u must defend ur place rigourously!

that´s 5 aussie drivers...

congrats to you guys:tup:

something in the water, blablabla...

i´m almost giving up on the skyline. i did get a tiny improvment, but this combo with the sticks of the DS2 is almost unplayable... you turn in and the car loses speed... you simply can´t be smooth...

so, í´ll change my focus to the 190evo... hopefully 0´4 and i´m happy

well how about u use the directional pad fasj8, that is logically the fastest way to do that combo

i see. it my fault to learn the wrong way back in 1998... the DS was so cool, i just got used to it...:guilty:

skyline - 2´04´895

i don´t think i´ll improve on this one, but i have hopes to take something (0´2 or 0´3) in the merc combo

Updated 👍

Nice one fasj! 👍

Well, I feel old amongst all you young chaps, MinorShunt and I are the only ones bringing wisdom and maturity to this team....hmmmm.....well MinorShunt is anyway :sly:

Here are my laps 👍

Therefore Im giving another weeks extention for the BC qualifications!

you will have until the 7th of May, then a few days to provide replays, I'm aiming to have a definete team sorted by May 12-13th.

So does that mean that the first race deadline would be June 19 with the remaining races due every 48 hours after?
