Not agreeing with the mods and/or Jordan alone does not result in banning. I mean, it's more likely someone who disagrees with the rules here will be banned, but disagreeing with them and actively breaking them are two different things.

Mods are members too; we're all volunteers. I spend most of my personal time here over in the Photomode section, for example. If there's any "tension", it's from the fact the staff has to spend a disproportionate amount of time in the Drag and Drift sub-sections of the GT5 area dealing with various AUP violations. Ensuring the AUP is followed and the place stays reasonably tidy is something that won't be changing any time soon.
I'm grinding endurance races for cash right now, but I'll see if I can make it on. It's been a while since I ran in a room with you guys.. we can discuss what I've missed in the past few months.
