Not sure when I will return to drag racing....drama prolongs it.

It's not just that, it's that I've pretty much lost all interest in GT5 entirely at this point. I'll be back at some point though.

No it's not that its the fact that since 2010 I've been playing GT5 literally non stop and have probably logged 4000 hours alone in this game. Got to be up there with GT4. Played that nonstop since 2006 haha

Like anything else it gets stale and old after a while. It'll creep back up to me at some point haha.

Please welcome the following members to Team Hydro (there are also a few more on the way):

chinoRX7
FadedFrank
seanforever
malibuman400

There are a few more guys in question that we are waiting to here back on. When they are confirmed I will update the OP roster.

It is with great honour I today turn my team over to my co-leader, kttheman001. From this day forward he is the new full time leader of Team Hydro. Kt is someone I feel is wholly qualified to assume position of my former role. Trust my judgement.

It is also great loss that I have decided to fully retire from drag racing. I'm selling GT5 tihs week. The game is dead to me. It was a fun ride while it lasted but the legacy has to end eventually. I will still be here on GTP but I will not be racing or tuning anymore. However I will still share my knowledge on the subject with anyone who asks. Thank you to all who have raced by my side, it was a great trip that hopefully someday we can rel-live with the release of GT6. Thanks guys and have a great one.

Aww I was hoping to run you one day, oh well see you on GT6!

No problem bro. There's a lot of BS happening, I can see why you did this.

Keep in touch :)

wow... didnt see that comming... so im now the leader of one of the, if not the fastest drag teams there is huh? i see. wow. this will take time to settle in. we are gonna miss you slash.

well, i feel as the new team leader, maybe we should try to get all the guys together and get to know one another a bit better being as we have had a lot of new recruits. so guys, i want to get the message out to all hydro members to add me on the 18th, ill be cleaning my friends list. i will try to get a date and time set in for us to fill up a room and have a good time.

****SPECIAL NOTE****
the day i joined team hydro was probably the greatest day of gt5 for me, and after going through the good and bad, i have to pay my thanks to those who got me here. i have come a long way i feel, as a drag racer, and as a person because of these people, and although some of you may not be on this list, you know what you did for me.

first of, i want to send the biggest thanks off to slash, for teaching me so much about the game and pushing me forward when i needed it.

i also want to thank swara, whose attitude i always looked up so, and still do.

thank you to DLR and shake, for being two of the greatest people ive ever seen in this game. i learned to much from both these guys also. especially shakes tuning guide.

other thanks i want to note...

:( why you have to leave now i have to get online pass to bf3 and whoop you :sly:

Sorry that you're retiring Slash. Without you, I wouldn't be where I am now.

18th is probably a no go for me, because I have a football match at 1pm then after that, we will be celebrating my dads birthday with some friends.

Thanks for the kind words guys. I won't be really running much anymore but anytime some one wants to race I've decided to keep GT5 and I'll be available.

THANK YOU GOD, you didn't sell GT5 :D

Honestly Slash, you Kleo and Kenny have been my biggest influences, and you taught everything there is to know about tuning. I would love to give you a race in our Beetles at some point, as well as the Fiat 500 vs Classic Muscle replicas. We've had some good times together, and I could not ask for anymore out of this community. You got be join my first proper drag room. Although I lost nearly every race, letting me play with top drag racers back then was truly amazing. I got a buzz that I had never experienced before, and ever since then, there has always been something specially about going to an Indy Drag Lounge, and not SSRX.
