That's a big roster wow. Don't think all that can fit in one room, but theres always people who can't show up to meetings I think so its good.

You guys need a cap on the amount of people in a team. Too many will cause you to lose track of them all.
 
Yes, I'm not leader or anything but a suggestion would be like 20 some members at most, and some stricter regulations. Like, I was being recruited over a period of time, but I'm not sure about anyone else if they were the same.
 
some will be booted for inactivity after I consult mich, agent, and the rest of the (active) crew.
 
Ok, good idea. But, sometimes before booting I'd suggest you give them a warning or something or ask what is going on.
