Here is what I get when I try to get connected today on the Team Mini forum :

4th pass through the game, 3 years after I got it the day it was released, racing with the WRS and UB57's long races, Der Alta's instant races etc etc... how can you ever get bored of this game? There's plenty to keep you interested! :)

Once my social calender is freed up in a week or so, I'll be dedicating some time to creating some Mini challenges and PM-ing everyone on the Team Mini list to take part. :sly:

I'd encourage everyone to visit the new Team Mini forums, created by Heero 12 as I'll be creating a suggestion box for Mini racing ideas on there. Then we'll run something like GoKents' WRS with a predominantly Mini-esque focus!
 
Well it's happened, BBfree is still down, and if you try going to Forumhoster you'll get a 404. This time we're just going to have to wait, not like anything all that important was going on, I'm sure flat-out has that excel file on his computer so we can just keep track of our times here. I'm sure it will be resolved soon, but until then everyone just use this thread.
 
Of course I have the file, my replays, garages, etc.
I'll try and put something online by the end of this week at http://flatout.free.fr/teammini/ so that we have something reliable for our permanent data. We then can use a forum to discuss all this Mini stuff.

Meh, it's annoying, I kept trying to go to BBFree then I finally remembered about this thread, looks like I missed out on alot.

Go and win another, Amateur League European Championship, win 4 x 3lap races, save after 4th race. Then exit 5th race, see what you win, if its not a Mini, reload game and try again until you do.

Also the entry race is a standard Arcade mode Mini, so it can only be the 61HP Mini with no mods and no special tyres.

Look forward to seeing your time...

Just tried to log in to Team Mini website.

Seems Heero 12 has had a hissy fit and closed down the site because we're all content to post useful messages in the normal forums, and don't just want to write spam.
What is the point of having a forum full of spam?
Was going to update the site to remind everyone that the deadline for the Mini Challenge Race #1 is the 31st October. However, if we can't get into the site, no-one can PM times to me, and there'll be no race results.

Anyone else got thoughts on this?

LOL anything is better than the current WRS. no offence to the guys but that car and I just don't get on :( I've had a go in the Mini @TMll if you fancy a stab at it, my old time is posted @ gt.de and have improved on it since but there is still more there, so game on Ron :)

OK mate, I'll update the db with the improved time later. FYI it is a 1'58 but can't remember the exact time off hand.
 
My personal best is 2'00.409 but I might jump into my hawaiian blue Mini again, though I certainly won't match your times.
(I have an entry on each track with the Mini at gt.de :dunce: )

Don't worry about matching anyone's times, it would be good to see you get down to 1'59's which I'm sure you can. Not sure about hawaiian blue though, BRG is a must for me :)

Time so far is 1'58.903. Will have another go at it this weekend 👍
