Didn't realize until after editing this photo, but the reflection is sooo wrong lol.

Big shout out to E for all his help with tuning this car. Also for all the tandem work. I really appreciate it man!

great shots from our practice the other day twitch. i am glad i can provide some assistance for you. i know im not the best teacher but i hope my information helped a bit. it was good that i still had your car in my garage so that way you can see the capabilities of what your car can reach w/ someone else behind the wheel (in the case that you don't already do what i was doing on the track).

the tune was pretty good if i may say so. the car felt stable through the turns; no feelings of spinning out. the torque power seems to be spot on in terms of the power transfer. the gearing for the trans was good as well so i think youre pretty much dialed in. a little more tweaking and you'll be set.

your transitions are getting better. you were transferring at the same time as the lead car's and holding on to the same angle (for the most part - hey, we ain't exactly perfect are we? myself included).

Looks like some epic tandems guys. :D I have a lot to work on in my drifting mainly my consistency and line selection but it will all come together soon enough.

edit: I am going through the footage i have so far and it's looking great i think this video is going to turn out epic.

edit: So far i have footage of pac, twitch, and E i do have very small shots of marc and fredemon so thats what i have so far.

Don't worry just like every new member that joins our team (myself included), you'll get your turn for the hazing lol. Trust me, it'll be for the better and sooner than you know it, your consistent lines will become second nature.

Prepare to be pushed to a limit you didn't think was possible :sly:
 
Thanks guys i just got a small dose of the ''hazing'' tonight i never knew the sound of gams horn could be so scary. lolol :D

edit: I did get a lot of footage of marc tonight but i wasn't pulling the best lines while recording, i haven't gone through the footage yet but there should be some good shots.

I don't know if you guys got around to watching the video about my rig but if you didn't here you go. its also in the drifting video's section.

Awesome pics CJ! That was a great night of drifting :D

So, I finally got around to putting Marc's tune on a CSL...really no idea why I waited this long, and I'm kicking myself now. It's like drifting with training wheels lol. I can't believe how rock solid it is. I may have found a new best friend :) Here's a pic I got during my first 5 min session

Nice pics guys!! Can't wait to see the footage CJ! I definitely need to fine a more speed-matched car though... most of my cars were too fast lol

Twitch, that CSL tune should've been like the 1st or 2nd one to try hahhahaha. It's a beast tune forsure... Although it maxes out at 502hp, it is still capable of being faster than my Camaro!! Plus its the tune for my GTP Formula D Season 1 Championship Car :D

edit: I am planning on making a ps3 button box... oh boy this is going to be fun. Its going to have to function as and e-brake as well, i have some ideas.

edit: Just a heads up i never got around to recording last night i don't know if i will tonight either. Mainly because i got a few rough spots on my hands from chopping to much wood without gloves, and now i have to where gloves to drift lol. I don't feel like recording with gloves on lol, i don't know it just kinda looks goofy to me. :D

sorry for being so erratic on GT5 lately. im not at my usual set up (at home) to drift consistently and i am using a different tv (at my girl's house) so my perspective of the track is way different (hence the terrible driving ive showcased lately). making adjustments to what you are used to is tougher than i thought when youre used to a certain view. the tv im playing from is sub-par compared to my normal unit so its a little harder for me to view when playing.

i was trying to shred w/ CJ and get him some tandem practice but my driving was nowhere near good and honestly was getting me frustrated! plus, i have a bunch of people around when im over there so i tend to be afk for a minute.

things should probably be back to normal in two weeks.
 
It's all good E it is hard to adapt to new things like that i can relate to the tv switch, Its a pain having to adjust to a new screen size or worse resolution.

So i can finally share this photo since the car is almost done here is another car that is in the BOUTHoUSE fleet gotta love those 240's, most of the work has been done by VSR Fabrication.
