you mean turn the wheel...
just use the lasso then lasso the wheel, then copy patse as new layer, then free transform, after switch back to the back ground layer and then erase to make it look like it's turning

Hey guys check out my avatar!, i think i've almost got the smoke down! i used the pixel car i just created!

it would be the signal auto x s15 with rear conversion. and drifterzzz, do you have flash? if you do you should check out www.virtual-fx.net under tutorials>basic for tips! i cant give you tips till later. im going on vacation at 1 pm tomorrow! w00t!

I don't use flash cause it's to hard for me, couldn't understand it but any ways ....
