It would OWN the other cars. Im soo sad that there are absolutely NO BMW's. If there were, i would expect the M5, M3 GTR, M6, Old M3 and M5. đź‘Ť My favorite BMW is the new M5. :)

cant say really care about the BMWs not being in the game :p but i do miss the Audi RS's :(

same with me. dont really care about the beemers, but the audi's are definetly missing! It would be awesome to have the new RS4/S8 and the old RS6 WOW:)

No, we dont race. We're all a "crew" from another forum. We always have the same car, and color of car. We just "cruise" around.

Our crusing rules are simple:
Follow all road rules. Stop at lights and stop signs. Stay in correct lane unless passing, so on.
The only road rule we dont follow is speed, we usually go 110-160, and all on on straights.

To us, its pretty fun, because we use steering wheels. (Even though I hate those 180/270 controler port wheels)

WAIT A MINUTE... The wheels work on the PS2 version? I got the GT3 racing wheel. The driving force or whatever it is (blue one). Your telling me this works on this game???

not to sound like a noob, even though i am, but how do you accept or find friend requests. I always get a message but can find where to accept it.

EDIT: and if i can follow, what type of wheels do you guys have for the gallardo :D

You can only use a wheel if it plugs into the controller port.

i got the Red driving force pro but with usb connection. its my old wheel so i haven't tried it yet, only with my g25.

so ure saying i need an adapter to plug that into the controller port??!!:) :scared:
 
No, Im saying back in the days, there were wheels that weren't USB. They plug right into the controller port. They were really cheap too, like 20-60$ US. I have one, but no FF, pedals are super soft, wheel turns really easy, and with TDU the real is over-sensitive even with the steering sensitivity all the way down...

There is a series of races (Kind of like King of The Hill) where after you complete them all, you unlock all the houses. Its called II Viggario Grande or something close to that. Also, when you complete all of the King of The Hill races, you can teleport anywhere on the map.

Well, I finished all the King of the Hill races last night, it's fun to teleport anywhere you want now. I also have one last race to do in the Il Viggario Grande series and it's the 100+mile race at the airport....I'm not too keen on doing that at the moment.

Hmm I have yet to try that actually. As soon as I won the tournament, I bought a Mclaren F1LM and teleported to the track and did a few laps before going to bed. I'll try a little later on.
Also, anyone know what car would be the best for the 100+mile race? I plan on doing it on hard aswell.

I did it on hard with the McLaren F1 LM. It has really good acceleration (Same as ME 412), and it handles really good too.

You can only teleport to roads, not anywhere off road, so unless that island has a road, the answer is no.

Well, the island on the Xbox version has roads I believe but I'm unsure if the island on the ps2 version has roads. I highly doubt it though, seeing how they made the airport runways dirt roads in the PS2 version.

if you zoom right in you can see roads ;)
 
But. No, you can see roads on Eden Island, but you cant teleport, or GPS your way there. Only PC version has teleport to roads. :(

I too miss Audi's... RS6 *drools*
 
I just reached 100%. Though dissapointed nothing happens, I am also very happy. I really enjoyed the career mode of the game, it was challenging at times, and very easy at time. Even though I have 100%, I can still enjoy this game cruising with other players online. All in all, this is a great game.

P.S. First thing I did was backup my save. :sly:

Look around the map on Key Locations to see if you can teleport anywhere near the race.

Or

Zoom into the challenge all the way, and move you cursor about 2 inches away from the challenge, if you see a red circle flashing inside you're target square, that means you can teleport there.

thats the first thing i did after losing my first go lol.

ND4SPD: were you at the track when i was last nite? i think it was you or a speeder or something, either way damn good racing at the track guys, i am finding my aself to be a sort of trainer as i take people that want to cruise with me or want to follow me to the track, and most are novice so we have lil' practice sessions until more people start showing up and we start getting serious...đź‘Ť

What the hell. I never knew that you can teleport on to a road đź’ˇ I had to drive like 20km for races which were 2 km long :dopey:
 
I'm back in the game again, now with a Master ranking and 22% game completion (for the third time :lol:). Now, a backup file!

I'm also quite happy to own a world record for the "Kailua Heights" race, with a time of 4:05.285, 8 seconds clear of second place. You beauty :) đź‘Ť
