I thought that was the wheel that PDVSA gave to Williams

His name is Charles Pic, and he drives for Barwa Addax in GP2. He was running second, but an end-of-season collapse saw him finish fourth. He has family money through a trucking company connected to Renault. He has not officially been signed yet, but an annoucement of some kind is expected in Brazil.I red somewhere that Virgin has signed some Canadian or French GP2 driver (or something), so it will be him and Glock for the next season.

As for other teams I think Glock and wickets would the right driver choice and for HRT I would pick Vergne and Del a rosa
LMSCorvetteGT2Where do you get Vergne for HRT?
Because he's fast and he would be a good choice for the Spanish team and driving alongside a driver who has alot of experience in F1 to compare himself and maybe learn a few things of him...
The only reason Ricciardo is at HRT is because Red Bull bought the seat so he would have a bit of experience before presumably making a move to Toro Rosso. Though I'd rather see Vergne at Toro Rosso instead of Ricciardo.

It's called The Daily Fail for a reason. Ferrari won't take Robert Kubica after two seasons on the sidelines recovering from an injury.

A couple of reports in the Interlagos paddock suggest that negotiations between Kimi Raikkonen and Williams have completely broken down - possibly because Raikkonen was asking for $12 million - and that Raikkonen is now trying his hand with Renault (who need a pay driver and are probably in no position to pay that much money since it's basically what their pay drivers are already bringing to the team).
Renault? Thats daft. They are saturated with drivers, and especially drivers who have driven a Formula-Style car in the past 2 years...
It's officially official: Pic is replacing D'Ambrosio at Virgin for next year.

Thoughts?
It's purely about the money, really. Smaller teams seem to completely ignore racing talent for drivers that bring money to the team. I can understand these teams, but you have to start with a good basis. And that basis is that Glock and D'Ambrosio are two very decent drivers.

I'd like to see Bruno stay on for next year. Although he has only been racing the 2nd half of the season, for me there will be a very sour feeling if someone waltzes into Formula 1 from Formula 2/GP2 and jumps into a possibly championship capable 2012 car, of which Senna's race data will help build.
If 2012's Lotus is a championship winner, it'd better be Petrov or Senna collecting the title (or someone already in F1, like Barrichello, slim as his chance is), otherwise I will probably vomit.
Senna is pretty good in the car. I would like to see him in a McLaren with Honda engine.
