I just saw a headline "Desailly leaves Chelsea". What? Is this true? Pity, he was great at his prime.

I also saw that Michael Reizinger is off to Middlesborough from Barca, Kluivert is interested in the Magpies (boo) and Chelski bought some Portugeuse defender for some ridiculous amount, yet he only played like 10 mins in Euro 2004. Good show Abramovich :|

To be honest, I expect Spurs to do well this season. If they can get Postiga and Defoe to make a good striking partnersp.

Middlesbrough have signed Reiziger and I think their getting Viduka as well.
 
So Middlesbrough have Zenden and Reizinger. Not a bad combination to have. Yea, I heard Leeds also offloaded some other guy for a large sum of money. They mustnt offload too many players, otherwise they are going to struggle to make it back up.

Chelski got Arjen Robben. I like that guy.

Yeah he's good, i'm just hoping that he wont play on the left. Then well have Duff sitting on the bench all season. Although seeing that he's got rid of Gronkjaer to Birmingham ( :( ) i'd say Robben will be probably used on both sides depending on who else is available.

Yeah, to be honest i'd have to agree. ALtough if they sign Kluivert it could be good for them, or it could go horrbily wrong, horribly horribly wrong.

Yup Hasslewank was never one of my favourite players. He scored some good goals though, he has a powerful right foot.

What are your predictions for this season?

I think 1, 2 & 3 will be exactly the same.

4th will once again be a tussle between Liverpool and Newcastle.
 
Yeah, Hasselbaink was pretty good.

My predictions are.

Chelsea > Everyone else.

Actually i'm hoping that some of the smaller teams trounce Newcastle and Liverpool for 4th and 5th spot.
