You can't really say it is easy if you B-spec'ed all the races...

Well, my B-spec driver is slower then I am. So I assumed it would be easy for me to win... but every race is 2 hours+ long so there's no way I would A-spec it.

All ready to go! I did Spec. Cond. #2 a ton of time and have $7,951,017 just waiting for the days to come. I'm at day 478 now. :)

Man, by the time 600 and whatever days comes, you will have enough money to buy the new versions of the cars. I like the looks of the new version of the 787b better, but the used 390r looks sweet. 👍

I believe that black F1 car is the prize for 100% game completion.

You can buy the black LM cars new with a game shark code for the same price as the showroom versions, ie more than second hand.

How? Where? What code do you use? I have the Gameshark 2 V4.

Got 'em! Top 4. You will need exactly $8,299,996 to buy all 4.

You can buy them new?

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRGGGGG .........I screwed up ..I went on the 699 th day ...I could only get two before they disapeared...694 days to go....again....

in the classics section of their respective manufacturers, yeah, for about 4x the price used, with HORRIBLE paint jobs (dueling irish 787B anybody? yeeeesh)

You can buy them new with the black paint jobs at their respective dealers. I believe the R92CP and R390 GT1 are in the new section of Nissan. But the GT-ONE is in the classic section of Toyota and 787B is in the classic section of Mazda. The way I bought them was using gameshark 2 v4. The code to get all cars for free. You can buy (actually it's free) any car in the game that's listed under a dealer. It would be nice if I could find the F1 car under a dealer. If it is, let me know please. Instead of waiting 694 days, i just did it the easy way.

the whole idea is to get a black one the codes do not provide that. When did you EVER see a black mazda 787b ?

Is that in response to what i wrote? Because I just bought a black 787B with that code. It's listed with the regular 787B, but just change the color. The codes provided it for me. Have you even tried it? That code makes all cars that you see under a dealer purchasable. The black LM cars are under the dealers, but i don't think you can buy them without the code. I'm not sure if you can't buy it without the code because i haven't tried it. I'm assuming you can't or there wouldn't even be a topic about it.

Codebreaker has the all cars available for 1 dollar ...but no black cars at the dealers. And the other code for 'have all cars" will not give up the black ones..so if the dealers dont stock them you cant buy them . the only ones I ever saw are in the used car spots 1 & 2 . and they only are available on day 694 to 701...so far no codes to overcome that yet.

Okay, no information on that black PD Formula 1. That's what im interested in.

Also, in case Anderton Prime was wondering, the first race (Opera Paris) can be won if you own both NA and Turbo for your car. You switch on the NA for the Paris race, and you SHOULD get second. I got second by leaving him on 3 and overtake for the entire race. Then you just switch back to turbo for the remaining races. :)

ha, that's the complicated way. all you need is an audi TT with NA stage 3. play with the bspec controls, and you will get 1st in every race easily. in paris, i got 1st place on the turn right by the pit entrance of the final lap. it might just be me and my b-spec driver, but all you do is start the race on 5 and overtake, then when you get to the first chicane, put it down to 4. as soon as you pass someone, take off overtake until you get with 50 or 100 feet of the next person ahead. then, put it back on again and just repeat the process until you take 1st.

ok I went to the euro races there was no "german cup" ?? and how do I race b spec ??? I dont get the whole b spec a spec thing....is it when I race persoanlly its a spec and when I spectate its b spec ?

ou didn't listen did you, you can change the colour of thoes cars in the showrooms when you've used one of the codes, they arn't extra cars, just another colour that becomes available.

B-Spec is where the AI drives for you, you have some control over it still teling it to overtake and how hard to push the car but the AI does the driving. A-Spec is where you drive.

Okay, I'm at day 309 (or thereabouts) and I'm working on saving up the credits to get those spiffy carbon fiber LM cars. I was doing the $250,000 trick with the second of the Special Condition races, which was getting the job done, but not in a hurry (although I did find out you can't win more than one of those Toyota RSC Raid Rally cars at a time, if you're doing this trick, after every time you win the car, go sell it, then start the series over again).

However, I read about the $900,000 method going through the German touring competition in the European courses. After getting the Mercedes CLK Touring car, and B-spec'ing through the competition (although I hope my driver eventually pulls his head out of his butt, the point spread was a lot closer than it needed to be), I won the $750,000 car (too lazy to go look up what it was), and sold it for a tidy sum.

Now, when I go back to do the German competition again, it doesn't give me the option of clearing the stats and starting over. Do I need to do those races in A-spec mode before it gives me the option of redoing them? If I can't redo them because it's a series, then there's no other way to get that car again, is there?

Thanks for any advice anyone can offer...

<----- :dunce:

you can win more than one of the cars at a time
just be sure to clear the race info every time Ive had ten in my garage at once and no u dont have to clear the stats on the races where you can get into a series race you only have to clear them when its the type where you have to race each individually

The whole idea behind B-Spec is to let you NOT participatew in the race much. If you have to go through that much trouble - and ultimately stay watching every step of the race closely - then you might as well drive it yourself in A-Spec!

No, the whole purpose of B-Spec isn't for you to gop and have a cup of tea and watch some telly while the AI wins races for you, it's to let you take a maners role telling the driver how to proceed.

I don't think the game creators were that naieve that they thought everyone would use the B-Spec to "get the feel of a race manager". Its just a way to make some cash fast.

The Free Cars code on Gameshark's website allows you to purchase the black LMP cars that don't show up in the dealer unless you use the code. Use the code, go to the dealer, select the car you want, and then the color is available. I just got done doing this. Then I reset the game without the code and the color is not available and the standard color car is not available to purchase. There is no need to buy used with this code.

Read interviews with Kaz and then come back with an answer. KY has on more than one occasion give the reason B-Spec is in there, to provide you with a different perspective of the racing ie the managers role, mainly for thoes that arn't very good at the game, but it's not there for you to just wander off mid race even though in certain races you can do that.

I'm pretty sure this might be covered already but. I'm looking for info on how to make fast money for these cars. Take in mind that I am at the beginning and just a simple how to would help me so much.

car, license, race, upgrades, anything.

Oh and if you want to suggest a b-spec way. please tell me how much your b-spec exp is.

thanks

except you get the race done 3x faster. my method was for people with low b-spec driver skills. once you get a moderate amount of points, you can leave it alone if you want.
