I had bought those cars in the Japanese version and mis the dates during a championship race to get them the first time around in the US version, I'm waiting for the next round of day 1394 so I can by them, I got the money plenty times over, I can't wait to have them again!

They come up for me in like 30-40 days, somthing like that. I have to get roughly about another $2,000,000 to be able to afford them. I think I'm just going to do the Nuderbuger [sp?] 24hr again and then sell the F1 car I get.

oh btw for those of you that havent gotten them yet, WATCH OUT! each time you sell a car the day changes!

(i landed up getting them anyways lol oh btw, whoever calles the LMP GT-ONE car the "batmobile" your right LOL! it sooo looks like the batmobile from the front!)

I've already won the [whatever race it is, i'm not even going to try and spell it this time] once before, so I already have a F1. Plus I can't be bothered to run that many laps in a car that has to pit every five of those laps.

out of the 4 imma get the batmobile (toyota gt-one race car)

that one looks sweet because it looks like a batmobile and besides i don't have money for the others

The MERCEDES-BENZ AMG 190E 2.5 16V Evolution II (DTM) '92 can only be won in Schwarzwald League B. If you do the German Touring Car Championship, you will win the MERCEDES-BENZ AMG CLK-GTR Race Car '98.

I'm about 120 miles from my PS2 :grumpy: but I can't ever remember seeing a German Touring Car championship series in GT4. Where is this race option located?

A.K.A DTM or deutche touring car meistershaft (i know i spelt it wrong)

sir heavy foot
I won that race but I didn't get a CLK GTR, I got something else but don't remember what it was. Does the version matter?

Ok Scratch that. Not sure why I didn't win the GTR before but got it now so on my way to winning 9mil to get the cars. Bought the XJR9, 787B, and R390 GT1 race and road car yesterday so saving now to get the black ones. I set a 6:57:33 lap on the Nurburgring with the GT1 road car with a stage 2 turbo with 570HP (I think, can't remember), racing gearbox, and racing suspension. Having problems with it though as it's bouncing around alot and it oversteers even though I have positive toe on the front and rear, as well as weight balance shifted to the front and more downforce on the rear. Camber is 3.5 front and 1.5 rear and the rear springs are stiffer than the front. Any ideas?

I can never remember the effects of toe, so I can't touch on that particular part. I always leave it at 0. Anyways, raise the suspension a tiny bit to avoid bottoming out on the more bumpy portions of the track. And having the rear stiffer than the front will induce oversteer; you'll want to reverse that, so soften the rear a fair bit. In general, most people prefer softer springs on the Ring so that the car settles better.

Hopefully that helps :)

I finally reach the 694th day and with $15Mil in Credits, Went straight to the Used Car Showroom I and bought the 1991 Mazda 787B and the 1992 Nissan R92CP. Then went to the Used Car Showroom II and bought the 1999 Toyota GT-ONE and the 1998 Nissan R390 GT1. Make sure you do the chassis refresh and chassis rigidity too. It makes the car as new. Oil changes of couse as well. I raced against the Nissan 92C (the red/blue) car, and had difficulty beating him. I did the chassis refresh and rigidity and then was able to beat him quite easily. try it out. see the difference!!!!! :dopey:

me too!!! me too!!! me too!!! I almost cannot get the nissan r92c I bought it on day 701 after buy it, the list updated.

I had my ps2 swiched of,some minutes ago,and i didnt know about this (legendary now :) ) black lmp cars. But i as far as i remember,i was around day 600,i am going to open it again,i hope that i havent passed the 701 day limit yet....-including the time to win 1-2 times the DTM of course :sly:

i was only able to get the nissan 92 and the 787b
does any one know if the cars reappear on 1393- 1400? bu ti do know that the cars are on a 700 day schedule I think that there is a list of em some where on the site

From the owners' experience, which pair is the best ? I cant afford all of them. The handling of a gtOne,is better than a 787' for example? For sure i am buying a R92CP though...
