    Easy win! Race dominated on lap 1. Super easy to drive and very stable. +100PP less to the race rules... :eek:

    Did a test on MPanorama against GT2/GT3 cars and due to the small understeer does not deal well with bumpy tracks...

    This is NOT tuned for wet driving. My Mazda I posted a few cars ago is designed for that, these settings would need major adjustments for wet, so never mind that lol. This wonderful beast is designed for dry tracks, racing on RH tires (although, I tuned it on SS also and would work fine), for any races where race-class cars are allowed. I love the handling around turns, and she has great pick up pro-apex. Good Feel.

    My favorite car in real life, is the '69. So I did my best to make this tune a winner. This easily kills the seasonal 550pp race.
    Yes, I used driver aids on this. Its a looooong torque-monster, had to do what I had to do, lol.

    This is my first ever DIRT RALLY tune. I have been working on this for about a week now.
    The Expert level Rally seasonal up now, I have it at gaining the 1st place lead before the end of lap 2, and just coasting through lap 3 for the win.
    It is very quick, and it will most likely take a lap to get used to the first time, but after you do its dynamite ^^
    VERY IMPORTANT FOR THIS TUNE:
    SRF set to ON, and ABS=3
    DO NOT put any other aid on. turn them all off.

    Very nice tune, thanks. Should be engine stage 1, btw. Also, I couldn't get the tranny close to yours. Did you space out your gears (0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%)? I set final gear 5.500, top speed 162, gears 1.840, 1.350, 1.050, 0.830, 0.670, FG 3.350. Its just long enough to break in to 5th on the first straight at Willow. I'm pretty horrible here, but this car can pull first very easily. I think your tune works fine with only abs1 :tup:. Any plan on a tune for a Corvette Stingray L46 350 (C3) '69? That monster needs serious help at 550pp

    funny you say that, I'm actually working on that car. I've been tuning it for same seasonal.
    I already have it to a point that it grabs 1st place every time, I'm fine tuning it now to get the handling a little easier on the tires. I will post it whenever I get it finished.

    As far as the gears on the Dodge, not sure if you noticed but after i maxed the final, I didn't set auto all the way back like normal. its either that, or maybe I didnt change oil and you did, or vice versa.
    the gearing should look like a sideways check mark.
    1st set to like 3/4. 2nd near center, last maxed, and the middle spaced gradual between 2nd gear and last.

    Ok, I got it now. No oil change, initial final gear 4.100, top speed 162mph, set gear ratios, final gear 3.050. I like how it sounds this way. It carries through the gears a little slower allowing to hit redline for a little bit longer and lengthening that awesome sound! I use semi-racing+Stage 3 Engine without the supercharger for full effect. What kind of times are you averaging at willow with this machine? I'm usually in the 2.23-2.24 range with your tune.
    Edit- Stage 3 engine gives 574pp. Stage 1 gives 550pp. Transmission note should say to set top speed 162mph first, then gears, then FG. Hope this helps. Thanks again for the tune

    Indeed fast, but easy to control. Just put the back sliding and there you go, next curve please!

    Just noticed on the 2nd jump the front springs are a bit tight, causing the car to rebounce and loose control. Perhaps a small adjustment is neede, other then that :tup:

    I will look into playing with that.
    I appreciate letting me know, with dirt tuning being new to me, its been very hard to get advice and feedback. with normal tunes, advice is nice and helpful, but I don't hang on the wire waiting for feedback, But am making a great effort into learning offroad/snow/wet tuning.
    I am very happy with my understanding of water so far, but dirt and snow I will take as much as you can give.

    This tune, although a w.i.p. tune, I got down so it could easily win the seasonal. That is the only reason I posted it. the fine tuning is what I al relying on the community to help me with :)

    I Love that car. I have 3 completely different settings for it, and never decided which to post. I use it as a go-to car for anything in its pp range, because for me anyway, its an auto-win. But thats vs. AI. I haven't done much in online racing with it, mostly just ripping up seasonals and grinding cash.
    I put it off, and then other things came up. Right now, the FITT comp is running. After that I will come back here and take care of this.
    I finally updated my OP first 2 posts to show my car lists up to date. one step at a time^^

This wonderful beast is designed for dry tracks, racing on RH tires (although, I tuned it on SS also and would work fine), for any races where race-class cars are allowed. I love the handling around turns, and she has great pick up pro-apex. Good Feel.

    This was originally tuned by me to attempt the death Valley seasonal race. However, it just doesn't have the juice to win unless your lucky and a VERY good driver. But please don't let that steer you away from the car. This, and her sister RC, are still extremely awesome cars and in 'most' situations can easily destroy opponents.
    She has my drive style, so she is designed to have the rear end slide for high speed cornering in some situations. And the car HATES going slow. If you have it above 50mph all the way up to 205mph, it will handle exactly how it is supposed to. But try not to go under, it's not going to screw up bad or anything, but it does not handle as good when it's slow. It was designed for high speed tracks, not low speed. I would actually retune the car completely if I was going to race, say, Apricot Hill or something. But this Death Valley, and other high speed tracks like Daytona ect, she will treat you very well.

    These are the ones that got me my golds in the seasonals.
    They are not perfect, I tuned+tried+tuned+tried until I got the golds. They should serve anyone great as is for any drift seasonal, or use them as a base if your going for a perfect tune ^^

    Understand, what drifting is to me;

    I made it for 600pp, so yes its RH tires. I had some fun playing with this, my old settings were so old I just started over.
    It is dangerous however, it likes to go faster then you want it to, so be careful when entering lower speed situations not to let the 100 lb gas pedal get the best of you.
    Anyone who likes/liked my old tunes, will like this. Its not a tuning style, its a driving style.

    Understand, this race is extremely easy for even a mediocre player. So to think this tune is some diamond in the rough just waiting to earn you tons of cash, well, it will, but so will 99% of any 500pp tune.
    This is my excuse to have fun, while trying to use cars noone uses anymore. The '74 is almost never used by anyone, and the reason is simple; there's just a ton of better options. But it's a fun ride, and the 500pp seasonal is a great excuse to dig out this, and any other hardly used cars.
    I had fun toying with this. As you see I ended up flipping the toe around on this, I don't think it necessarily HAD to be approached this way, but for deep Forrest /reverse/ I had some downright evil turns coming off some higher speed short runs, and I reached in for the extra turn in set. Worked great for me anyway.
    Also, Yes I did add the spoiler, because the '74 looks dumb without it, but bring the settings all the way down to 5. Any higher will throw everything off.
