Mr. and Mrs. Pepsi did an absolutely fine job naming their daughter Marijuana. Also, btw, you're assuming that she was given that name and didn't change it to that in the first place. For all we know she is in the witness protection program and was asked to rename herself when she was 13. I think a lot of people would come up with something like that at 13.

Though... seriously... Marijuana Coke has a nicer ring to it.
