MyFigureCollection has a huge database of figurines that's hit the market. I didn't look at a store as it is looong discontinued... but know this: figmas (poseable figurines) generally cost $30-$70... you're either getting ripped off or buying an extremely valuable figma if the price tag's got 3 digits.


But speaking of figurines, Swimsuit rise has a gotdamn huge price tag on her.

I think that's because the figure came ONLY with a limited edition Last Order Alternate Stories book, so it's prettyt damn hard to find.

That would be Eden of the East (Higashi no Eden). That box set contains the TV series, and both movies.

Truly a magnificent series (It's been called the best anime of 2009 by so many.). My Wednesdays were changed forever when I watched it. I still have yet to watch the movies (Which I've heard are kinda meh, and not on par with the TV series.). A review on it.

I'm definitely picking up the TV series, and both movies later this year when I have that job finally.

It's decided, might as well make a list now at this point of what I want to import.

One thing I'm considering importing from this season (I already decided I would import Rinne no Lagrange sometime.) is Inu x Boku SS despite the fact Sentai announced a US release which would be seen late this year (As long as reverse-importation fears don't cause delays.).

Yeah that's what I'm intending on getting. Though I'm later going to double-dip on the separate BD and DVD as I love the show that much.

I wonder if that sweet Amazon price will last until the Summer which is when I'm intending on picking it up (Got LE's to deal with first. I'm looking at you Dragon Boxes. Dragon Box 4 is going to literally be a pain in the ass to get.).
 
5 hours of sleep one night, terrible sleep and woke up sick the next... Yeah, I'm out for the night. Hopefully Dead-oman Wonderland 11 will load properly as I sleep.
 
Damn... I'm not happy with my 4mbps connection. I can't even imagine what it would be like opening a stream today to hopefully watch it tomorrow... :(

and hot damn was that a dramatically different Kuribayashi than I had a perception of. First learned of her with Unreal Paradise, Kampfer's OP, and it is more pop-garbage.

Finished Dead-oman Wonderland. Wow, did they have a limit on the episodes they could make and forgot to end it? I'm actually pretty happy with the ending(terrible ending for a show though), but I am planning on reading the manga.

Overall impressions: Crow is awesome and Minatsuki is HNNNNNNGGGGGG-worthy. I still hate Ganta, but I appreciate his awesome moments. 6/10, mostly because of episodes 5 and 6, the occasional awesome moment helped too. The plot has plenty of holes, it's as if a woodpecker got to it :3
 
Ganta is set on breaking free, breaks a hole through the wall, everyone escapes while he stays behind to "save his other friends", presumably the Takami siblings, one of which is actually convicted of murder.

Plans on killing Wretched Egg and Promoter, never happens...

Shiro's legs magically heal, she was about to go into a berserk rage, never happens.

Makina was doing some stealth sneaking, never got concluded.

Super Priest isn't the final enemy even though they presented it that way.

The way they left it allows for a second season but they didn't do a good job hinting it.
