The story centers around a spirited high school girl named Marika. She keeps herself busy with the space yacht club and her part-time job at a high-class retro café. One day, two strangers suddenly appear and claim to be subordinates of her dead father. They demand that she assume command of the space pirate ship Bentenmaru. A privateer ship's compact was made during a war of independence a century ago, and according to that compact, the ship must be inherited by the captain's next direct descendant. Marika finds herself embarking on a new life as a space pirate.

So far it's meduim-slow paced but it's pretty good, especially this last episode. Also, Chiaki. <3

Going to redo this one later and fix it so the light isn't blasting her face.

Going to also change the white balance to be a little more correct (was made to be a little bluer than normal) to get that paleness nailed down and get rid of some of the blue.
 
I would play around with color balance a little more, like adding more red in the shadows can do some cool stuff.

I'm just going to redo it with correct white balance and then go from there. In my head I thought "making this really blue will be awesome!" and then I wasn't happy with how it came out lol.

Ugh...

My dad laid out a finance plan. Right now he owes me $250. He later added in my final months of allowance (As once I'm 18, it goes away. It's $20 a month.), making that $330. Now here's where things go "Ugh...".

That $330 goes to Fate/Zero, meaning, I can't have the original plan of getting the other stuff I wanted with the pre-order for Fate/Zero. The thing that annoys me most is Madoka Magica.

All the singles frequently appear in Rightstuf's best-seller list, and it's guaranteed to sell out quickly. I'm going to be owing my dad $40 after the Fate/Zero pre-order, so I'm going to have to come up with $125 to pay that off, and get Madoka Magica which is 2nd on my "To Buy" list right now.
 
IN MY OPINION, go with the cheaper stuff if it comes down to it. I know you want the F/Z boxset, but more shows is always the better option.

To continue from my last post, the issue is will I be able to get Madoka Magica before the LE sells out? Fate/Zero is guaranteed to sell out as well. Madoka comes out February 14th, Fate/Zero March 7th, so the two kinda interfere with each other. I don't know how I'm going to be able to manage to get both in that time frame. I'm going to have to hope for a miracle. I don't want to miss out on either one. It won't be the end of the world if Madoka sells out as the BD and DVD singles will still be around, meaning I can still buy the show, but I miss out on the very appealing premiums. Fate/Zero doesn't have that luxury, it's LE-only here. Fate/Zero is basically the only show I want in the next few months that's LE only here. Everything else does have standard editions.
 
I'd go for the LE for Madoka Magica, SO SEXY. And if Fate/Zero is LE only, they'd be insane not to restock it.
 
It'd be funny if they dish out a ton of LEs....like EA does with NFS nowadays :lol:
